Spend endless hours in your furnished and screened sunroom or soaking up the sunshine on your balcony. Create all your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen and then dine together at the kitchen table, the dining table, or outside on the front porch. After meals, kick back on the large sectional and watch your favorite shows in the living area.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass
3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
