LOCATION:
This brand-new home is located in the beautiful Grande Pointe neighborhood, offering an exquisite experience for large groups seeking the pristine sands and crystal-clear waters of the Emerald Coast. Situated less than a mile from the closest public beach access point, and bordering Camp Helen State Park to the East, this home provides a serene coastal escape. Additionally, the neighborhood features a large pool and a community dock for convenient access to Lake Powell, perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, and other water activities. The newly-constructed underpass at the corner of the 30A and Highway 98 has now officially opened, allowing easy bike/pedestrian access to the beach.
You'll enjoy both the tranquility of the surroundings and the convenience of nearby amenities. The upscale shopping and dining at 30Avenue are within close proximity, while familiar grocery stores and entertainment options at Pier Park are just a short drive away. Furthermore, the Panama City Airport is only a 20-minute drive from the property.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
Upon entering this newly-finished home, you'll be captivated by the clean and bright living room that flows into the dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line fixtures and appliances, including a stainless steel fridge/freezer, five-burner gas range, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, oven, toaster, and blender. All your culinary needs are catered for with a comprehensive selection of cookware, bakeware, and crockery, including separate dinnerware for adults and children. The kitchen island has a built-in bench that provides for ample seating at mealtime. The living room offers a comfortable couches and chairs, accompanied by a large smart TV with premium streaming included through the home's FuboTV subscription.
Continuing from the kitchen, the hallway leads to the powder room and large laundry room, equipped with a full-size washer and dryer along with deep countertop space. At the end of the hallway is the first floor bedroom, impeccably furnished with a king-sized bed and private en suite with walk-in shower.
The back garden features a private *optionally heated pool with recessed pool lights, pool loungers, ample decking, al fresco dining space, and a built-in premium gas grill.
Moving upstairs, you'll discover three additional bedrooms on the second floor - a large bunk room with four custom-built full bunks, a queen bedroom with en suite, and a master bedroom with king bed, and large private bathroom, complete with a fully-enclosed shower room and deep, standalone soaking tub. A generously-sized hallway bathroom also sits across the landing from the bunk room with a shower and double vanity. The landing also features a nook with a drinks fridge as well as access to the front-facing loggia.
The second floor back deck looks out over the pool below, and comes complete with premium outdoor seating and large flat-screen TV.

The home comes with four adult bikes, beach gear, towels (including beach towels), fresh linens, cutlery, cooking utensils, and a private driveway and garage that together can accommodate up to five cars.

The primary guest must be 25 or older to rent this home.
Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.
*Pool heating can be added to your booking for an additional fee of $35/day. Please contact our team prior to your stay to have this arranged.
Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposed fines on guests found to be doing so.
This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any and all direct consequential damages.
This home is strictly non-smoking.
Construction - This neighborhood - along with many others along the 30A - is growing, and as such there may be construction with attendant noise that may take place during your stay. By booking this listing, you acknowledge that possible construction noise won't be an issue for you and that you understand that no discounts or refunds will be given for this reason.
