After more than 10 years using property renting platforms, this is by far the worse experience that I have had with a rental property. To start with, the property is almost impossible to access without a 4x4. That fact is not disclosed anywhere in the listing. Even thought I have racing experience on loose surfaces and I have spend several weeks at a time in places like the Sahara desert, I managed to get stuck twice trying to reach the property on a regular sedan. Once at the property, you are welcomed with an access that is plain dangerous. Very step steps with containing rods that are exposed. The basement, where one of the bedrooms, bathroom and the "playroom" are located is full of mold and mildew and definitely not safe for humans. The concrete slab on the play room exhibit several cracks, signaling foundation problems. We decided to move the whole family upstairs, even if that meant having the share beds. We were greeted with an extremely dirty deck. Once inside, several walls had holes, as well as screws and nails sticking out. Same with the floors, One of the bathrooms had more than 1/4 inch of dust and lint in some areas of the floor. The sheets and comforters in the beds had several stains, as well as some of the curtains. Needless to say, we left the property the following morning. I've been trying to get to a satisfactory resolution with VACASA, the managing company, but they have being dodging my requests for over 48 hours.

Very comfortable property once we were able to reach it. Do not attempt to stay here without a truck, heavy duty, SUV, and preferably four-wheel-drive. There are hairpin turns on dirt roads. We literally got stuck trying to reach the cabin the first night. Fortunately, we were able to walk the rest of the way with our luggage And call for a tow truck the next day the upper level of the house is great, lower level, which includes a bedroom, bathroom and rec room is not usable due to high concentrations of mildew and moon. It is built into the side of a hill and it’s probably impossible to get the moisture out even though they have a dehumidifier running 24 seven the kitchen light basic Items such as a coffee maker of any kind and or baking sheets for a pizza very peaceful, setting and beautiful front deck
