About this house rental
Welcome to our charming 3BR/1.5 bath beach house. The house was recently remodeled and redecorated with a plush and beachy charm. It is very spacious making it great for families and groups of friends. The property is 3 short blocks to the beach, and two blocks to great restaurants and shops. It features a great front patio with seating, an upper lounge deck off of the master, and a very spacious backyard with outdoor seating an a BBQ. We look forward to having you!
There are two units on this property. This unit is the "main" house on the property. It is a single family home, and none of the amenities in the home are shared. There is another unit at the rear of this property. It is a cottage that is also rented to visitors. The gate a the top of the driveway leads to a walkway in the backyard which is how the other unit is accessed. Guests can expect that the backyard will be a shared space with the guests staying at this unit, because the backyard is how the cottage is accessed.
This property is professionally managed by Host House LLC, ensuring you'll have a great stay. We're nearby if you need us.
When you stay at a Host House property, your automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection via a Wavio Damage Waiver.
The $20 charge listed as “Damage Protection” covers your purchase of $1,500 in “all risk” damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.
- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.
Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
