It was fine we had the necessary except for shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer in the room.

Water in the shower weak and slow

Queen bed and couch bed were uncomfortable hotel. Some of the bed sheets had small stains. There was barely any water coming out of the shower head. Had to wait for the water to heat up to shower with any warm water in general. They precharge my card even tho I had call early enough to let them know so they could fully charge my card once but no they had charge me 3 different times instead of charging me once. Leaving me with less money in my pocket. The hallway smelled like an old motel. And to top it off on our last night they decided to do handyman work in the room next to us moving furniture around and doing power drill tools. Couldn’t sleep until 1am and was leaving that morning! On that morning the elevator stop working they didn’t bother to let anyone know so I unfortunately had to carry all my lounge out 3 stories down because of their unprofessional prehand. There’s some stuff you decide to deal with like the uncomfortable ness of the matters and low water out of the shower head but then not been able to sleep the smelly hallway and the unworking elevator before leaving is not accept

Room was very clean. I liked that the rooms had a stove top and a full-sized refrigerator. Definitely a place to consider if you plan on doing long stays. They might not do breakfast, but they still do have coffee downstairs.

I was a bit hesitant to stay at this hotel because I read a lot of bad reviews but I'm glad I didn't go by other people's reviews. I had a great experience, the room was clean, had everything I needed, there was plenty of parking and the staff were very friendly. It’s also convenient because by the highway but the only thing I would change would be the bed, it's a little noisy but it's comfortable. I recommend staying at this hotel and I would definitely book it again.

Don't stay here! The hotel charged me more for using Expedia. The hotel is used for homeless people that are so nasty (I believe in the program, many on drugs, vulgar). We had to take in everything out of our car because guys were looking into cars as we parked to check in. The place is newer, but so dirty. Our room was modestly cleaned by a blind person. No shampoo, soap and limited towels. We paid $155, when we were supposed to pay $115. Not Happy with Expedia and this hotel.

This is an extended stay hotel. However, they do not clean the rooms, and there’s no maid service. I was told that there would only be service every 14 days. You have to ask the front desk for towels and toilet paper. You even have to take out your own garbage. You don’t feel like you are on vacation because they make the guests upkeep the hotel. You also have to wait a considerable time to have the front desk help you. The ironic thing is they charge you $150.00 for cleaning, and they never clean the room.

This place was clean and pretty quiet throughout my stay. The only real complaint I have about staying his is the shower only had lukewarm water and very low water pressure. The sinks had good pressure so I'm not fully sure why the shower pressure was so low. But everything else was fine. My room had a full sized fridge with a little kitchenette.

Showerd the 1st time in the suite and it wouldn’t drain, front office acted as if I was our fault, eventually did fix it, my buddy dropped his soda in the lobby on the tile, we got dirty looks, awkward silence, told us “ we may need to get some napkins” never offered to help us or assist us with a Mop, sounds petty but wasn’t welcoming at all, we did clean up the mess.

Paid for a double queen room and received a single bed, was not accommodating and told there was nothing they could do. I was told to find a room elsewhere, very disappointing.

I didn’t like that there were no amenities such as simple things like Kleenex, paper towels, hand towels, any kitchenette accessories. Your per night charges are so great that you don’t provide any of these items. The bed was really uncomfortable and I got up early and saw two people, one on a bike one walking looking in cars on both sides of the building. They knew no one would say anything to them. You advertise as an extended stay, is that for a traveler? If so you missed the comfort piece that I would expect at an extended stay. If there’s not going to be coffee in the room, let me have a pot so I can go buy my own. No blow dryer. The towels were so cheap/thin that you wouldn’t dry your car with them. I lived in hotels for years due to work, if this wasn’t a last minute unexpected trip due to a death in the family I would have got out of there on the first night.

Room was not clean, bed sheet and pillow were dirty with make up and long hairs, contacted staff and room was cleaned. Later found hairs in restrrom and sink. Also room was located next to back door that lead to smoke area, alot of activity in and out very noisy. Ask to switch room and staff said no

Everything was perfect very clean rooms, but there was a lot ants in the bathroom non stop just the bathroom, also the hallways smelled like weed, the beds were uncomfortable, no housekeeping only every 14days which sucked they charge for any extra toilet paper or towels sheets etc for a 5 day stay which sucks but other than that it’s great

Staff was friendly and the doors required key entry which provided a realm of safety. The area around the property was older, but the property itself was well kept.

This is really an extended stay facility so bring your own amenities. Other than that, it's fine.

Finally elevator fixed but so stinky and dirty including the halls and doors super off putting to see so many hand marks on doors for so many days. Many of the rooms permitted dogs and you could tell from the smell in halls and common areas seems like many of the people staying here is long term and you can tell the place is showing wear quickly super noisy upstairs and next doors

I have stayed at this hotel a few times since it opened and everytime it has declined a bit more than the previous time . It is very unfortunate because this is a very centrally located spot and is only about a year old ! The people I have encountered who work there are nice but the lack of availability of service is super annoying. My room wasn’t available on time , it was 1.5 hrs after that we got into our room there was no offer for any compensation . The bathroom in the lobby was GROSS! The vending machines were not working so we couldn’t buy water. The girl at the front desk offered to give us some but then realized they had none . our room was never cleaned in the 4 days we stayed no new towels or toilet paper we had to go ask for it . The elevator stopped working and that happened on a previous visit as well . People were stomping around all night in the hallway and in the room above us sounded like they were moving furniture around . No one available at the front desk to call . Someone was living in a RV in the parking lot which was really weird. Looks like they need a better on site manager before this place is so ghetto you can’t stay there .

The property was nice in the beginning until the 2nd or 3rd night where a neighbor was having a party. Loud music from a speaker, screaming from a female like she was on a soap box and furniture being moved. It started from 9pm into the next morning 1:30ish. We called the front sealant least 5-6 times I even knocked on the door and asked the guy to please keep it down. By 2am the noise stopped and the additional guests left (I’m assuming). The GM contacted us that morning because we were furious the front desk didn’t remove these ppl so we called and left a msg for corporate. I showed the front desk the video of the noises coming thru their door he still didn’t remove them. The GM was kind and comp’d us for the night and removed the guests that day. Thank you Tamara.
