Oceans 13 Unit B is in a one-story duplex located in the Golden Mile strip of St. Augustine Beach, where you can walk to numerous local eateries, coffee shops, and bars, as well as the St. John's Pier and Mini-golf. Walk across the street in the morning to Kookaburra, a local favorite coffee shop, or to Island Donut Shop for a gourmet donut. Or make your own coffee and breakfast "at home" and enjoy a lazy morning in the sunroom. Pick up a few beach chairs provided and then head to the walk on beach access just a few steps away. Beautiful and wide St. Augustine Beach is popular for surfing, fishing, swimming, and is great for observing wildlife, natural dunes, and the ever-changing landscape created by the tides. A short, evening stroll will take you to the pier, less than a mile away, where you can take in a free concert or cast a fishing pole.

Oceans 13 Unit B is thoughtfully furnished with all new furniture and decorated with a beachy nautical decor for you comfort and enjoyment. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all you need to cook and serve your own meals. Beds are outfitted with crisp, white linens, and bathrooms are supplied with soft, white towels and start up bath amenities. Beach towels are provided and laundry machines are conveniently located in the unit.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.

Clean property, managers communicated timely and effectively. Only complaints were no dishwasher and the hanging vent hood was too low. I hit my head a couple times. Other than that it was perfect for our little family!

This place was great, everything is conveniently close and an easy short walk or bike ride. Beach access is a few step away and easy to walk back for a quick lunch. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed and our bed was very comfortable. Thank y'all for hosting us.

We joined another couple to visit our kids who currently live in St. Aug. We were superbly located to enjoy the beach, restaurants and downtown attractions. Our children were able to join us for meals without feeling crammed. The street was quiet and very convenient for a fun-filled weekend.

We had a great stay at the beach. Short walk each morning for sunrise. Walking distance from great restaurants and ice cream. Shirt drive to historic downtown. Clean, comfortable and comfortable place for friends and family. We will definitely stay here again!

The place is very close to the beach but quality was lacking. Dead bugs on the floor when we arrived, I’m assuming they just had a recent pest control visit but not appealing to see the after affects on your first night. Remotes sticky, old coffee stains on keurig (I cleaned that) and the AC stopped working the last night. Manager was very receptive and able to fix within few hours but just not worth the cost.

Our nephew got married this weekend at the Lightner Museum and the beach house was just 5 miles from the big event. The house is a few steps from the beach, was super clean and well kept, and in a great neighborhood. The home had everything I needed to cook meals. Five star rating from this family! We will stay here again for sure!

My friends and I shared this place (4 of us) while we were in town enjoying The Avett Brother's 2 night run at the St. Augustine Amphitheater, which I highly recommend both the venue and the band!! I can't enough positive things about this experience. The apartment is small but mighty! Nice big fridge, good beds, comfortable couch, plenty of seating inside & out! CLEAN!! (that's important) They thought of everything and we quick to respond when we had a question. The location is perfect for the beach and not far at all from downtown St. Augustine. It's directly across the main road from a diner. I will be coming back to this property!

The property was nice and clean and perfect for the five of us. The weather was unseasonably cool, so we didn’t venture to the beach. There were plenty of other things to do and the location was close to many restaurants. We usually vacation on the Gulf Coast, so this was a different experience. All in all, we had a really good time.

The weather was chilly, the house was very well situated. The windows were a little drafty, the washer walked across the floor and there was no dishwasher. I loved the cable tv and the king bed was quite comfortable. Parking was very convenient with easy access.

Outstanding! Property as advertised. Only 150 yard walk to beach! Great places to eat, all in walking distance.. Our Yorkie was allowed at most places we ate. Short drive to downtown, 15 minutes. So much to do and see, we extended our stay! Becky was awesome as was the Vrbo staff! Will return!!

We liked the location with close proximity of the beach and restaurants, all walkable. The layout of the the property was good because each bedroom had its own bath and the bedrooms were separated by the common area. Nice appliances but no dishwasher. Great outdoor area.

Great place. Very accurate description. Easy access to the beach & restaurants in walking distance. Loved that they had adults beds. lol No twin beds. Property mgmt was great. No problems. Wish I could had stayed longer. Saving this one for future booking.
