Outdoor shower. Free parking for 7 vehicles (covered and uncovered). Beach access, soft Oak Island sand less than 80 yards away.

**BEDROOMS:

Bedroom 1: 3rd floor primary bedroom suite with large walk-in closet. Private sliding door access to back deck, overlooking the pool. King bed. Walk-in tile shower with rain shower head.

Bedroom 2: 3rd floor bedroom suite. Private sliding door access to back deck overlooking the pool. Queen bed. Roll-in tile shower with ADA-accessible seat.

Bedroom 3: 2nd floor front bedroom. Two double beds with an ocean view. Private sliding door access to front deck. Shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Bedroom 4. Shower & tub combo. Double vanity sinks.

Bedroom 4: 2nd floor back bedroom. Bunk beds – Queen lower, Twin upper. Shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Bedroom 4. Shower & tub combo. Double vanity sinks.

Bedroom 5: 2nd floor primary bedroom suite. Bunk beds – King lower, Twin upper. Private bathroom, vanity sink, tile shower with tub and sliding entry door.

All bedrooms are well appointed with flat screen TV's, high speed internet, cable and Roku sticks.

**LIVING ROOMS:

2nd floor living area includes: couch, 2 chairs, dining table for 4, foosball table, wet bar with sink, and 65” flat screen TV. Perfect for kids and teenagers to have their own space!
3rd floor living area includes: 2 couches, 2 chairs, family games and books, and 75” flat screen TV, panoramic ocean views.

**DOUBLE FRONT AND BACK DECKS:

There are two decks on both the front and back of the house, with additional seating.
The front-facing decks offer beautiful ocean views. The top deck boasts the “best seats in the house”! If you are lucky, you may even spot a few dolphins.
The rear-facing decks overlook the private pool area. On the 2nd floor deck, you’ll find a convenient dining table, great for outdoor meals or playing board games.

**KITCHEN INFO:

Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, mini fridge, smooth top range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and farmhouse style sink. Additional: 4-slot toaster, Kuerig with single serve and drip coffee, additional 12-cup drip coffee maker, French press, 10-qt crock pot, waffle maker, Ninja blender. Kids’ plates, cups and utensils.

Generously supplied with all items needed to serve and cook for a large crowd.

Bar seating for 6, indoor table seating for 10, with additional table seating on 2nd floor back deck and 2nd floor indoor dining table.

**POOL INFO:

Private 31’ x 11’ in-ground (up to 6 feet deep) Saltwater pool with accent lighting – great for a night swim! Accessible from the 2nd floor and first level of the house. Picnic table, additional seating. Enclosed outdoor shower.

*OPTIONAL HEATED POOL IN SPRING or FALL. Average price per day is $75. Please contact host to confirm number of days and price for your specific dates of travel. Must notify and pay at least one week in advance of arrival date.

This home is everything we were looking for! The space is perfect for families who are looking for plenty of room for adults and children. There are lots of spaces for everyone to hang out and enjoy family time or have some private moments. The view is lovely and pool was a great option for winding down after a long day at the beach. The owners were exceptional with communication and making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would recommend this home!!

It was a wonderful house and location. Owner was great with communication. All the little extras like toddler plates, pack n plays, high chair etc made it perfect for the family and grand babies. We would definitely visit again.

The home was more than we hoped for. It had every thing we needed and more! Host was very responsive. Beds were comfy! The ocean view was spectacular. The pool was a great late afternoon hangout. Having chairs and umbrellas to use was such an added bonus! Highly recommended.

Absolutely wonderful property!! Can't say enough about it. We were a party of 7 for a girl's weekend. The layout is perfect with plenty of space for sleeping, playing, cooking, and bathrooms. Short walk to the beach access and there was a closet FULL of beach supplies: cooler, umbrellas, beach chairs, children's toys. Communication with the owner was top notch from booking to checkout. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you can think of!! I mean, EVERYTHING!!!! The heated pool was perfect too with plenty of towels. Awesome property!!!

We chose this home due to the heated pool for Spring Break. We were pleasantly surprised that this home has so much more to offer than just a heated pool. The owners thought of everything. The home and decor are clean and beautiful. It is an easy short walk to the beach. The umbrellas, chairs, beach wagon, etc were so nice to have. The living space for the kids was great when they wanted to separate from the adults. The communication with Chris from start to finish was top notch. We will definitely be back for a summer vacation!

The house was big enough for all 13 of us. The host is very friendly, helpful and responds fast to any questions or concerns you have. It's a great stay if you are looking for a less crowded beach. However if you rent the house thinking of enjoying the heated pool on winter or spring time make sure to ask the host before renting it if it's going to be heated during your stay. We were looking forward to enjoying the pool because we knew that the sea water was going to be cold, and we couldn't.

Chris was a great host! He was very responsive and made sure that we were having a great time at the beach. The house felt very cozy, the rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen had as many appliances you can imagine. The view from the kitchen/main living room was very nice, we even saw dolphins!!! We enjoyed sitting in one of the balconies and enjoyed the sunset. Kids swam endlessly in the pool :)

we stayed here to celebrate my parents 46th anniversary along with the end of summer and our 5 month old’s first beach vacation! Prior to going Chris answered all of our questions instantly and was a joy to work with! The house is sooo close to the public beach access that it made it so easy to walk across the street every day! Oak island has a lot to offer but we found ourselves never wanting to leave the house. From the multiple balconies to the amazing pool we all were ok just staying in! The house has everything we needed when it came to cooking including an outdoor grill. They even had extra beach chairs and games in the downstairs storage closet. The views from every single floor of the ocean were also amazing to wake up to!! We will be coming back every year now to oak island and especially to this house!
