Welcome to our fantastic Mission Beach getaway! Step inside and be greeted by a spacious living room and a convenient attached kitchen. And that's not all – we've got a cool bar top alongside, perfect for enjoying meals and drinks. The high beam ceilings add an extra touch of space to this one-bedroom condo, creating an inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.
The bedroom is decked out with brand new furniture and a trendy ceiling fan, ensuring a comfortable and cool environment even during the summer months. Wind down with your favorite late-night shows on the wall-mounted TV. And don't worry about storage – there's plenty of closet space to accommodate all your belongings and more!
The bathroom is fully equipped with everything you need, and a small west-facing window allows the late-night sunset to cast a magical glow. And after a long day in the sun, sink into the perfect relaxation spot – our inviting bathtub!

-1 Full Size Pull Out Sofa Bed (sleeps 1 adult or 2 children)
THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 30 lbs or less, welcome in this home for an additional fee. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval. Please contact Coast Vacation Homes to inquire.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella)
-Home is in the epicenter of Mission Beach and noise may be heard from time to time
-Home is NOT equipped with laundry facilities but a paid laundry mat is 50 ft from building
-PLEASE NOTE: This is a condo on the bottom floor with a unit directly above it with a permanent resident. The local Noise Policy is strictly enforced and we ask that you be a respectful neighbor to those that live close by.
ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.
PARKING
There is parking on the South side of the building for ONE vehicle on the right side (east) of the carport. Please do not park on the left side as this is reserved for the other tenant who lives above.
