About this house rental

As you arrive, you'll appreciate the convenience of two parking spots in the driveway and two more in the garage. Enter the house through the garage, where you'll find wall hooks to hang your winter coats and ski gear, ensuring a clutter-free and organized space.

Upon entering the main level, you'll be greeted by a cozy and lodge-like living room featuring a gas fireplace, a love seat, and a queen-size sectional sleeper sofa. Enjoy movie nights with your loved ones on the impressive 70" flat-screen TV with surround sound.

A short set of stairs leads you to the kitchen and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen boasts new wood flooring and full-size appliances, allowing you to prepare delicious meals for your hungry crew. The eight-person dining table provides ample seating and additional bar seating for six at the spacious kitchen island. Adjacent to the dining room, a half bath adds convenience for your guests.

Start your mornings off right by brewing a cup of coffee using the Keurig or drip coffee maker, and then step out onto the balcony to savor your beverage while enjoying the serene atmosphere of the mountains.

Rest and rejuvenate in the master bedroom, complete with a comfortable king bed, a 42" flat-screen TV, and large picture windows. Indulge in the en-suite bathroom with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a tiled walk-in shower, providing a luxurious experience.

Everything was great with our stay. Enjoyed community pool access. Private hot tub was utilized along with property grill. Rental was well stocked with dishes and needed items. Only thing we la lacked was extra garbage bags. We look forward to returning again .

We stayed at this property for a week for a family ski trip. The house was just as described in the listing, and the hosts were easy to communicate with. They gave us a code for check in and we were able to access the house with no issues. The house was also extremely clean. The layout of the house worked well for our extended family - there was one bedroom downstairs with it's own bathroom, and then three bedrooms upstairs along with 2 bathrooms. The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We did some basic cooking and could find everything we needed to prepare meals with. Did a big order from the Walmart down the street. A couple things to note - there is no mudroom/place to keep your ski gear in this house other than the garage. The owners request that you don't wear ski boots in the house (totally understandable!) though it would be helpful to have a couple more chairs in the garage to give a place to sit while getting your gear on in the mornings. We ended up leaving our skis, boots and gear in the garage when we returned each day and then once they were dry, brought the boots inside to prevent them from freezing overnight. The townhouse neighborhood is very nice and quiet, and easy access to the Kimball Junction shopping area. Canyons parking was about a 5 minute drive, and the Park City lot was about a 10/12 minute drive. We all enjoyed the hot tub, as well!!

I chose this condo because it was in the same neighborhood as my son’s condo. This area is a great area to stay in on a Park City trip. you are out of all of the crowds but close enough that you can get to the slopes easily, Lots of shops and lunch places and grocery stores nearby. Nice quiet neighborhood,

Great area, accessible to amenities. Enjoyed the spacious home. Plenty of sleeping room. Carpet is pretty worn out. Can upgrade the kitchen ware, lots of chipped plates. Dirty dishes were put away. We had to load the dishwasher twice when we got there. Appreciated that the hot tub was cleaned while we were there. The kitchen was fully stocked with gadgets.

Great location 10 minutes from slopes, clean, huge kitchen, big screen TV, plenty of useful kitchen utensils, games, nice hot tub, use of a garage, plenty of room for large family to play and eat and sleep. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and well appointed. Could stand to update skillets and utensils. Hot tub was awesome! Bring your own shampoo. Only conditioner provided. We couldn’t get garage door openers to work. They would close door but not reopen. We will stay here again.

Home was very nicely appointed. Beds soft with plush linens. Rooms spacious. Kitchen was the best I have seen in a rental. Had everything you could need and more. Very close to restaurants and other shopping. Personal hot tub and lodge pool were an added bonus. would absolutely stay there again ! Loved it!

The condo was nice and roomy for our large family. Loved the hot tub and well equipped kitchen. Downside to this rental was the lack of communication about local transportation, unavailability to even put our luggage in the garage once we arrived because there were No Exceptions to an early checkin. What are 12 people with luggage supposed to do for 4 hours??? The garage should have been an option to keep our luggage at least. No paper products were supplied with the condo except one roll of thin toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels. We had to purchase napkins, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. No late check out available either. Very difficult for out of state people and flight schedules these days!

This property met our expectations as described in the VBRO listing. The kitchen was fully stocked with enough utensils. Kitchen was spacious with great seating area. There was plenty of room for sleeping and the children. Location was good for “The Canyons,” and “Park city.” “Deer Valley” just a few more minutes up the road. This was our first time to the Park city, Canyon area. A fabulous ski destinations. Turnkey was very accessible if we needed anything. We would highly recommend this place.

Pros: large space, plenty of room for 13 friends, high valley transit free transportation access within walking distance to take you to grocery store, slopes, ect., everything you needed in kitchen, easy check in/out process, quick response of rental team to any issues or questions, hot tub felt great after a day on the slopes, the house has a gas hook up so no propane tank needed for the grill! Cons: no early or late check in/out, must be in good walking shape to get to transportation stop, only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (for 13 people and 5 days- more is needed). Overall we loved our stay and would recommend to a friend!

We had two families of 4 comfortably in this well appointed house. It's right around the corner from the Whole Foods at Kimble Junction. Drove the 45 minutes to Snowbird one day and went to Park City the other two days which is a 20 minute drive. Typically got dinner from the Whole Foods.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at this unit with 9 adults with plenty of room for everyone to have their own bed. The large kitchen was perfect for the days when we prepared our on meals, and the hot tub was a big hit. Location was great if you are planning to drive to resorts besides PC/DV - less than 5 minutes to the highway. We took the bus to dinner in downtown PC a few times. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk along a pedestrian path, with about a 20 minute (free!) bus ride to downtown. The unit was clean, though there are a few maintenance issues that could be resolved. For example, towel racks that have broken off the wall, garage door openers with dead batteries. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this condo to anyone traveling with a large group.

If I had to give the experience a hybrid grade with both letters and stars (1-5), I would give this an F-star. I kept getting noise complaint texts on my phone. Even got a text message saying security was being dispatched to the house. I called turnkey to ask why as this didn't seem accurate, and the representative told me our neighbors were complaining. Turns out after some research that the turnkey tablet has a noise monitor, and we were playing music on a speaker that I happened to place next to the tablet. Once we moved the tablet, I didn't get a single text. The house was immaculate, but being lied to by the turnkey representative and multiple texts about noise made for a terrible experience.

This property is great for a large group with close proximity to slopes, groceries, etc. We were a group of eight 40-50 year old men on our annual trip. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and sleeping arrangements were excellent (not cramped). Great place!

Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was great for 12 guys on our annual ski trip, the pictures are accurate, and we arrived to a minor plumbing issue which was resolved immediately. However, we received nonstop text messages and threats from Turnkey that we were too loud, sometimes as early as 6pm. This struck us as odd given it's the last unit on the road, so there was no neighbor to the left. The unit to our right had no one there for the 5 nights we stayed. We never left the deck door open, nor was our little blue tooth speaker shattering any windows. The constant nagging, 5 to 6 msgs a night, followed by a threat of sending security, became a running bet we had on how early our crew, ranging from 33 to 76 years old, would get the warning text. Just a warning in case your stay makes any noise above a whisper.

Location is convenient to grocery stores & some restaurants at Redstone and not too far from skiing. Our only complaint is that, two nights in a row, while 6 adults were sitting around the kitchen island talking after dinner, we received noise complaints. Very bizarre, as there was no music playing, no tv, etc. Both times, we invited management/security to come observe what was going on (which was nothing!), but they did not come. The day after the second complaint, management asked to come out to "make sure everything was in working order" in the middle of our stay, which was very unusual and seemed intrusive.. We have rented dozens and dozens or properties in Park City without ever an issue, and we left this unit spotless. Would still stay here again - it was just annoying to be bothered with unwarranted noise complaints.

My family has a yearly trip to Park City and this has been our favorite place to stay. Not only is it in a great location, has a lot of amenities, and is very spacious, it is clean, well-stocked with everything to make the stay comfortable, and is beautiful. I would highly recommend this condo.

The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub was great. The only problem we had was the WiFi didn’t work. We kept being told they escalated the issue and someone would contact me but no one did. I was on call that weekend with my medical job and four of our kids had online assignments for college so needless to say the cell phone bill definitely took a hit using hot spots and data overage charges. I wish they would have just said it wasn’t going to be addressed but I don’t know the circumstance. Other than that it was a good trip.
