You will have a smart TV to watch in the kitchen as well. Each bathroom is fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, towels, and hand towels, so you don't have to worry about packing those items for your vacation. The property also includes a washer and dryer. NO PETS ALLOWED NO SMOKING INCLUDING E-CIGARETTES AND VAPES NO PARTIES OR EVENTS Only registered guests (12 max) may be on the premises at any time. The exterior of the property is under complete video surveillance for safety purposes at all times, but privacy is completely respected. Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of all funds. 5 vehicles max. at any time while on the property. SMOKING/VAPING: outdoor smoking permitted only (back patio only). Guest agrees to pay a $500/ per day Smoke Damage Cleaning Fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered inside the house by the host/manager or cleaning crew after the guest checks out. This fee will cover costs to remove odors from the home and lost revenue during cleaning. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction from the Property. You, your guests, and visitors, agree that any drug use on the Property, or using the Property for any unlawful purpose, or violation of any law or ordinance on or about the Property will immediately terminate your occupancy and be grounds for immediate eviction from the Property. You shall be liable for any and all costs incurred by the Host, and a refund will not be provided for the remaining balance of your stay. PARTIES/ VENDORS: No parties, No Events. Any vendors entering the Property are prohibited. $300 fee if you break this rule. Guests and visitors will be immediately evicted without a refund for unused days remaining.
