This home is very large, comfy, clean, and right in the heart of Rapid City! Enjoy all of the charm and warmth of this spacious mid-century home. Our home offers ample space for your entire group to relax and unwind. Take advantage of the spacious patio, equipped with comfortable seating and a barbecue grill, to enjoy al fresco dining or simply soak up the sun. Our home offers a spacious and inviting retreat with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi to keep you connected during your stay. Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in while knowing we’re just minutes away if you need anything. The peaceful surroundings ensure a calm, comfortable, and relaxing experience for all.
The bedrooms provide a range of options to suit your group, featuring four queen beds and a full bed with its own private bathroom. For families, we also offer a Pack 'n Play for your little ones.
Step outside to enjoy a large private patio complete with a gas grill and fire pit, perfect for outdoor relaxation. Sip on our locally sourced Black Hills coffee as you take in the beautiful evening weather.
Inside, the living spaces are designed for comfort and entertainment. The spacious living room features a smart TV and seating perfect for movie nights or meaningful conversations. The 10-person dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals and gatherings.
Downstairs, the game room awaits with old-school arcade games and a foosball table, providing hours of entertainment for kids and adults alike.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including cups, plates, mugs, silverware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils, making meal preparation a breeze.
We pride ourselves on cleanliness. Between every stay, we mop floors, vacuum carpets, scrub surfaces, replace shower liners, and thoroughly clean and sanitize all bedding and towels. You can rest assured knowing the home is spotless and ready for your arrival.
Additional amenities include premium 100% cotton linens, soft and luxurious bath towels, complimentary toiletries, a hair dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating. Parking is ample, with a large detached garage that accommodates two vehicles and space for motorcycles.
Between each guest's stay, our dedicated team diligently cleans and prepares the property for your arrival. We take the utmost care to ensure every surface is immaculate and that all linens are crisp and fresh.
During your stay, our team is available around the clock to address any questions or concerns, making sure your needs are met promptly. Feel free to reach out to us anytime, day or night. Please note that non-emergency maintenance will be addressed during business hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m.) and on weekdays only.

Cancellation policy:
We offer free cancellation or 100% refund amount of payable if you cancel 30 days before check-in date. If canceling, we will charge a 20% processing fee (to cover credit card processing and administrative fees).

By signing, you acknowledge and commit to adhering to these regulations throughout your tenure at our property.
Additional rules
1. If any issues arise during your stay, it’s essential to communicate with us promptly. Good communication between the guest and host is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful stay. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we reach out to resolve an issue. In certain situations, we may need to send our case manager to review the situation in person to fully address any concerns.
2. It is a "must" to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. If, in this case, you DO NOT read over our listing description or house rules and are not comfortable with something that is clearly stated, we will uphold our cancellation policies.
3. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved
4. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the
neighbors.
5. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If
there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200.
6. For noise complaints:
6.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call out.
6.2. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.
7. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning.
8. Follow state laws when using fire pit. Please make sure not to leave fires unattended.
Follow all check-out procedures:
1. Take out all trash
2. Wash dishes/start dishwasher
Note:
* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example: mud on the couches, pet hair on furniture/beds ). All damages will also be charged to guest.
* Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out guest will be charged $200.
* Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to you.

Jordan’s mid-century house was absolutely perfect for our family who was visiting Rapid City for our son’s graduation from OCS. The house was exactly like the picture and better! Communication with property management was easy and alway a provided a prompt response. Would definitely recommend this house to family and friends needing a slightly bigger house. Amenities were awesome and helped us enjoy the family time together even more. Thanks for a great stay!

This house was perfect. We had a girls group stay and it was a nice quiet neighborhood and easy to get downtown and out to the shopping areas. Will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises
