Great apartments in Nashville! Modern, spacious and clean. The whole hotel is modern and feels mor European than American, which is great! It is possible to walk to downtown, and the area offers free parking on the streets around the hotel, so no need for their expensive valet parking (also a public parking garage 100m from the hotel for approx. 20usd/24h). Only problem was the soundproofing, very poor between the rooms, you heard the persons in the rooms next to you easily. However, the staff in the reception is rude and unfriendly. But if you manage to ignore them you will have a nice stay here.

Clean property. Quick early checkin was easy. Bed was comfortable. Full kitchen was nice. Bathroom was nice with a stand up shower. We had a later flight and they even kept our bags for a couple hours after we checked out. Overall I would definitely return.

The rooms are nice. Mine had a nice view with natural light. A kitchen area with a stove and refrigerator a closet with a laundry facility in it, a separate bedroom with the TV and a nice bathroom. The only negative was hallway carpets were not very clean and vacuumed and daily room cleaning was not consistent. Other than that, a great place to get stuff done in-room for me! Will stay again when on business. I was carless and most Uber pickups were way under 10 minutes.

Motif on Music Row is located perfectly if you’re looking for something in between the craziness of downtown Nashville and Vanderbilt/Belmont. There are plenty restaurants in walking distance. Not much in the way of shopping so plan on taking an Uber to downtown (not much shopping there!) or to the mall. Very clean, our room didn’t have a view. We enjoyed the ability to wash clothes and eat in the room if we wanted. Comfy bed and spacious bathroom and shower. The lobby has a cute little coffee bar and comfy couches where you can stretch out. There’s a little shop where you can purchase sodas, snacks, easy to cook meals and frozen meals. My only beef would be finding help at the counter at times. If it’s super busy or they have to step away, there’s only one staff member. There didn’t seem to be any manager to help out at the desk during rushes would have been nice.

it was hot and uncomfortable in the room. all 4 people were not able to sleep well all nights due to not being able to cool the unit down via the thermostat and poor air circulation throughout the unit. we did connect with service and maintenance did attempt, but no avail.

Stay was amazing in terms of customer service & cleanliness of the room/hotel. Our only complaint is that the Queen size beds are NOT Queen beds. They are Full size beds. So two people in one bed is not comfortable. It should not be advertised as a Queen.

Front desk clerk was awful. She reminded me of Wednesday Addams on the Addams family. No personality and extremely unfriendly. Never even said hi to us the five days we stayed. The room was beautiful, Full kitchen and a washer and dryer. The bed was smaller than a queen, even though they said it was a queen. The bathroom was quite large, but it did not have a bathtub if you’re looking for a bathtub.

Very clean. Easy check in, and check out. Street parking is available nearby, just a short walk. Overall good experience. Beds and couch were a little uncomfortable. Overall would recommend. Nice location.

The check in process was excellent. We had no problems checking in at 11:45 pm. The room was spacious and clean and had large appliances washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher. The area is safe and walkable

The room was amazing as was the lobby and staff. Valet parking was nice but expensive. However our room was freezing, the heat did not work, which I didn’t realize til I woke up at 5:30 and it was 59 degrees. I’ll stay again but will make sure it works before bed.

I stayed here when I was in town for a conference at Vanderbilt. It was excellent, clean and comfortable. The bedroom was perfectly dark at night. It was quiet. I enjoyed the rooftop pool even though it was a little chilly out when I went. I would definitely go back and stay here again!

Lovely apartment-style hotel on Music Row. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchenette. Great location. Only downside is valet parking for $39 per night.

The 1 bedroom suite with a separate living room with a full kitchen was very nice. Wished we could have stayed longer. The bathroom was very nice & roomy.

The parking (valet only) was a bit inconvenient since you had to unload in the side street and walk around the corner and up ramps to the entry. The valet staff were very friendly annd helpful. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were not terribly welcoming or friendly.

I was originally concerned because I had trouble finding an affordable room in Nashville at the last minute. I found this on Hotels.com where my experience has been mid at best. However this place was gorgeous and the room huge. I loved that I could watch my own Netflix. Will be back for sure

I was so happily surprised by this place and I think it is one of the best values in Nashville. Accommodations are modern and clean, the location is quiet and yet still within walking distance of all the nightlife Nashville has to offer. The hotel staff is friendly and the valet team is fast and professional. We will be back to this hotel anytime we're in Nashville!!!

Great location.. newly renovated .. nicely appointed. .. walk to great bars and restaurants.. unfortunately, road instruction started today.. but I left but might look into it.. my Uber driver had to park cross the street and I walked in front of a hot asphalt truck to cross the street.. but.. location and clean modern facility makes up for a lot, right??
