Alles in Allem schöner Aufenthalt. Im Prinzip ist man ja nur zum Schlafen im Hotel.

Die Lage war ganz gut da die Metro leicht und nah zu erreichen war. Ebendalls gab es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Kaffeeautomat an der Rezeption kostenfrei.

Das Bett von der Länge etwas zu kurz. Reinigung des Zimmers ( auch wenn nur 3 Übernachtungen ) fand nicht statt. Wenigstens Müllentsorgung bzw. mal frische Handtücher wären von Vorteil.

Excelente departamento, moderno y de buen gusto y calidad

El departamento súper confortable, moderno y decorado con muy buen gusto. La zona nos resultó bien aunque un poco alejado del movimiento típico de París. Excelentes camas con buenisima blanquería. Súper bien equipado !!

Para 6 huéspedes como fué nuestro caso ( viaje familiar) le faltó un baño más, uno sólo nos resultó complicado.

Hervorragendes top ausgestattetes modernes Appartement

Sehr sauberes, großzügiges Appartement, absolut ruhig, sehr komfortables Bett, Nespresso-Maschine, sehr ansprechende Ausstattung, Spülmaschine vorhanden, tolle Dusche

Alles perfekt. Höchstens Kleinigkeiten: Toilettenpapierhalter und Espressotassen gab es nicht

The hotel is poorly managed and can be described as chaotic. The whole booking experience was terrible.

酒店管理差，可以说混乱。整个预订过程体验感极差。 1、酒店随意改变付款规则我在这个酒店一共预订9间房（包含这个订单一共9个订单），5/28-6/1入住4晚，5/10酒店方突然要求我全部房间的房费都要在24小时内汇款，不接受原先网上信用卡支付，并威胁不转账付款就取消订单！无奈之下我通过欧洲朋友向酒店转账提前付清了全部房费。 2、重复扣款酒店在收到房费后又在5/20重复在我信用卡扣款，我马上打电话去酒店询问，酒店人员了解情况后轻描淡写的说搞错了，房费会在一周后会退回。从扣款到十天时间的过程中还造成了汇率差。 3、多间房入住手续繁琐 5/28入住当天，明明酒店已经在入住前三天收到所有住店客人的信息和分房名单，也不愿意协助提前拿房。结果所有人到了酒店后还是要一间间房在一个平板电脑上自助办理入住，所有人在狭小的大堂等了将近一个多小时时间。 The hotel is poorly managed and can be described as chaotic. The whole booking experience was terrible. 1. The hotel changes the payment rules at will I booked a total of 9 rooms in this hotel (including this order), and stayed for 4 nights from May 28 to June 1. On May 10, the hotel suddenly asked me to remit all the room charges within 24 hours, did not accept the original online credit card payment, and threatened to cancel the order if I did not transfer the payment! I had no choice but to pay for the entire room in advance by transferring money to the hotel through a European friend. 2. Repeated deductions After receiving the room fee, the hotel charged my credit card again on May 20. I immediately called the yhotel to inquire about it. After understanding the situation, the hotel staff downplayed it and said that there was a mistake and the room fee would be returned one week later. The process from the deduction to the ten-day period also caused the exchange rate differential. 3, multiple room check-in procedures are cumbersome On the day of check-in on May 28, Mingming Hotel had already received the information and room assignment list of all guests three days before check-in, and was not willing to assist in getting a room in advance. When everyone arrived at the hotel, they still had to self-check in room by room on a tablet, and all of them waited in the narrow lobby for nearly an hour.

Prima uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Parijs

Locatie +: vlak bij metrostation, uitvalsbasis voor bezoeken aan rest van Parijs. Leuk wijkje met gezellige eetgelegenheden, winkels etc. Parkeergarage om de hoek, ruim, veilig. Hotel +: hotel is pas relatief recent opgeleverd. Mooie goed geoutilleerde kamerstudio. Ontbijt +: elke dag stipt om 8.30 geleverd op de kamer. Croissantje, 2 stokjes, jam en jus. Eenvoudig maar goed. Communicatie+: via whatsapp snel contact met personeel.

Kamer was warm, airco was ingewikkeld om ingesteld te krijgen. Overlast van bovenburen, bleek toch wel gehorig te zijn.

MEJOR APARTAMENTO QUE HEMOS ESTADO (Alto standing).

La zona es inmejorable a 5 minutos del metro. Restaurantes muy chulos y supermercado muy cerca. La zona se nota que es una zona alta de París . Apartamento impecable , recien reformado y con muchisimo gusto .

Por poner algo. No hay aparcamiento gratuito. Pero como en casi todo París . Hay un parquing en la calle de atrás . Que pagas unos 26 €/dia.

Felt like home!

Loved the kitchen area and how it was split level. Especially loved the peek a boo view of the Eiffel Tower.

Thought there were two showers not one. One shower for 6 people takes planning.

Fabuleux séjour !

La chambre est parfaite : spacieuse, lumineuse, propre , amenagee et décorée avec soin. Le lit est immense ( confortable à souhait). Coin cuisine avec café nespresso, madeleine et eau à disposition et tout le matériel pour se préparer à manger. Il y a un très joli coin repas. La salle de bain et très spacieuse et pratique , le linge de toilette est top ainsi que les produits d'hygiène à disposition. Calme, détente sont au rendez-vous. C'était parfait en tout point. Merci Et merci pour l'accueil et la gentillesse. Station de métro pas loin, idéal pour aller au cœur de Paris en 15mn.

Apartament elegant și confortabil

Apartament spatios in comparație cu altele din Paris, foarte confortabil si bine dotat, cu bun gust si rafinament. in apropiere de mijloacele de transport in comun, zona foarte liniștită. Ne-am simtit în siguranță.

Au fost ceva probleme cu încălzirea, dar le-am scris si s-a rezolvat a 2 a zi.

Perfect base to explore Paris. Would definitely stay there again.

Exceptionally clean and stylish. Close to a subway station (Louise Michel) so very easy to see all of Paris. Area has good restaurants nearby. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and close to city

This apartment is located in a suburb just on the edge of the city so much quieter and less busy. Extremely clean and comfortable. Very short walk to metro which was the best way to get around. Local restaurants and bakeries very good so no need to head back into central Paris for dinner. We went with young children (5,9) so could spend all day seeing sites of central Paris and relax in the evening, get dinner locally and not have to get tired children back from the city. Only 15 mins in a taxi if you prefer though. Would stay again.

The only negative for me was the building was warm. I had to have the windows open all the time. May not be a negative for some.

Parfait, au niveau de l’établissement, du lieu et de l’équipe.

C’est vraiment un superbe établissement. Que ce soit l’accueil lorsqu’on arrive à la découverte de la chambre.. je n’ai vraiment pas été déçu. De plus, l’équipe a été très arrangeante et à l’écoute lors de l’expression de mes besoins. Par ailleurs la chambre était parfaite, très soignée et très propre. Quel plaisir ! Ça a été un réel plaisir de séjourner ici. J’y retournerai si l’occasion se représente !
