Волшебное проживаниев в House of Marmaris! 👍

Великолепный апарт-отель! Мы были счастливы провести там неделю отдыха! Все новое, чистое, комфортное! Нам меняли полотенца! Было всё для личных нужд: кухонная посуда, гигиена, тапочки. Тёплый приём! И локация шикарная - в стороне от громких дискотек, но комфортно дойти до моря.

Uygun rakamlı , zincir otel konforunda

Oldukça sade ve temiz , düzgün bir işletme Bahçesi oldukça güzel Kahvaltı fiyata dahil değil , ama fiyatı makul Booking.com da bulduğunuz odayı direk ararsanız bulamayabilirsiniz 🤷‍♂️

Yerlerin epoksi kaplamaları çabucak eskimiş Banyoların duşları kireç kaynaklı tıkalı , ben kendim temizleyip açtım , ama bu konu bir çok otelde de aynı …. Ayda bir kere minimum bunu yapmaları lazım Kahvaltı personeli çok ilgili …

Temiz ve güzel bir otel , gayet yeterli eğer uzun süre konaklamayacaksanız

Yeni olduğu için her şey tertemiz idi Kullanılan malzemeler oldukça kaliteli

Halen çok eksikleri var , asansör yok … bir yürüme sıkıntısı veya yaşlı kişi olacaksa ancak giriş katında kalabilir …. Kahvaltı vs servisi veremiyorlar

Остались довольны отдыхом .

Небольшой отель находится недалеко от моря , в пешей доступности 5 минут , в красивом саду .Номера все новые , удобная кровать , большой плазменный телевизор , бесплатный Netflix.Очень понравилось что большой балкон на котором можно выпить чашечку кофе или просто насладиться видом гор и сада .Персонал приветливый , спасибо им что сделали наш отдых легким и приятным .В больших номерах была своя кухня , стиральная машина и холодильник .

Все понравилось .

В целом неплохое место если вы фанат запаха бетона)

Хорошее удобное расположение, рядом нет шумных баров и мечетей. Красивая картинка, удобная терраса (жалко что без подушек на диванах), неожиданно была ванна на террасе. Был номер "Апартаменты в пентхаусе". Кондиционер хорошо греет, зимой актуально. Удобно, что при открытии дверей (балкона или входной) кондиционер выключается.

Первая реакция при входе в номер - фу как воняет сырым бетоном. За это жирный минус. Конечно если открыть окно и проветрить номер - запах исчезал, но со временем появлялся снова. Не всегда было легко найти работника отеля.

Not ready for coming… unfortunately

New hotel with good comfortable rooms and outside area but not ready for work in general..))

1.A/C is not working properly. All the regulations could be done for resection ONLY… more ac is locating in front of a flat and blowing to you🤔.. so finally after several requests to resaption to change temperature and speed we just turn it off at 2 am. 2. Payment terminal was not working.. 3. No any irons and blankets in a hotel.. P.S. after all finalisation will be a good if the owners will decide all the gaps with quality… But not now

Sehr modern und sauber. Außerdem Zentral. Es gab zudem ein Riesen Fernseher mit kostenlosem Netflix Zugang.

All beaches & restaurants are about a 7-10 minute walk. Very family friendly. Loved the staff very helpful. A new hotel.

Very good and will definitely book again.

Although the hotel still had ongoing work when we arrived, we were made to feel very welcomed and reassured. The staff were very helpful and would go out of there way to make you feel comfortable, the location is very good because as well as it being so close to everything you still get a peaceful night's sleep as its situated far enough out to not hear the hussle and bustle of the night life, the rooms were well equipped with everything you need such as kitchen, washing machine, sofa dining table all kitchen ware aswel as a very comfortable pull down large double bed, and not forgetting the flat screen smart TV.excellent sized bathroom, this hotel once completed will be excellent and I will gladly come back there when I next visit marmaris with the kids. Also forgot to mention there's a taxi rank literally outside the hotel so getting around marmaris was no problem.

I recommend families with young children to book a room on the lower floors as it's abit difficult going up flights of steps to get to your room, even though this is the case the staff allowed for me to keep the kids pushchairs at reception after a few days once work was complete so as to not have to carry them up and down the stairs everyday.
