Very satisfied staying here. It was enjoyable!
The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach. It’s situated in a peaceful neighborhood with abundant flowers blooming in the spring. The house itself is very comfortable and impeccably clean. The kitchen is well-equipped with a wide range of cooking utensils and spices, and the bathroom includes a modern smart toilet.

15 minutes to almost everything, including the airport and Hobart city.

Very spacious but needs shower curtains / walls
Very spacious and we had a proper cot provided, not a portable one! Beds had electric blankets and charger bedside tables.
Showers didn’t have curtains or walls and water spread through the bathroom. Not enough towels to keep the bathroom safe and dry

Great location close to Bellerive Beach, a spacious house and friendly and responsive host
We would have liked an iron, and some extra pillows (there was only one pillow per person). An inside broom/dustpan would have been good too.

It was okay.
The size of the property and its location
The amenities provided were very limited and basic. We were provided with hand cut bars as soap and shampoo. The furniture in the property was very less compared to the space and very basic. The TV is really old. There is only a single aircon in the dining area and a heater outside the bedrooms.
