We do an annual family vacation with our kids and this was our first time at this property. The owners were very courteous and kept in touch if we needed anything. Its a two story house with lots of room for a family of 6. The boys enjoyed fishing and the girls played in the lake and had many soaks in the hot tub. The property had games that we played and a fure.pit for s'mores. We made wonderful memories and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you again for everything, we would definitely come back.

Our family stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend and it was perfect. Plenty of room for all of us and the home was so clean. Hosts left us sweet notes upon arrival and even popsicles in the freezer. We felt so fortunate to find such an ideal rental for our stay. Hope to spend time here again next year.

This was a family trip. My daughter and 3 grandkids (13,9, and 7) joined me. I am a young 72. Lol This marvelous property and hosts are a breath of fresh air. No hassles, confusion about anything. All questions and assistance readily supplied. Just message the host. The home is beautiful and everything needed awaits you. Pine trees surround you. You exit the home to a deck w table and chairs. You exit the deck and to your left is a phenomenal hot tub.❤️ Straight ahead is an outdoor theater with a tv, couches, chairs, tall heater, barbecues and fire pit. What else could you possibly want? You have quick access to the lake and plenty of parks. Lake Livingston is beautiful. We cooked out on the barbecues, steaks, chicken kabobs and hamburgers. Delicious! Smores for the fire pit. Yummy😀 We fished off the shore and my 7 year old granddaughter caught a keeper without a bobber. Other fish were caught but we did catch and release. We took my dad’s refurbished 1957 wooden boat out on Lake Livingston. That’s the first time my dad’s boat has been in the water since 1977. I am sure he was smiling down on us. We went horseback riding. That was fun. The entire trip was just wonderful! Do yourself a favor, don’t stop and pass go, don’t collect your $200, reserve your space now as I have no doubt, it will fill up quickly. You won’t regret it. ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay here while visiting family. The property managers provided prompt and excellent communication before, during, and after our stay. The home was perfect for our family and dog and the outdoor pavilion was well furnished to enjoy the evenings. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a family reunion in the same gated area, it was very convenient and secure. Hot tub among the trees was really special! Good amenities. Kids loved the bunk beds! Spacious
