Estepona, located in the heart of the Costa del Sol, offers a unique and incomparable enclave where its beaches, bathed by the Mediterranean Sea, offer all the necessary services to enjoy an incomparable and unforgettable vacation. We are located at Calle Pintado 21, in the heart of the historic center of the city. This property, which is over 150 years old, is living history in the city. If you look at its ceilings, completely restored and preserving the original material, you will be able to recall the origin of the building, through its history, since we are in front of the old school of the town, later being the barbershop of reference of the people of Estepona. During its restoration, traces of construction in clay and wood were found, in the different phases of restoration of the property. Today, in 2022, we find ourselves before a unique property, completely renovated, while respecting the protected historical façade to achieve a unique property in an unbeatable location.
We climb the wonderful staircase with decorative details of the Andalusian culture and wood settings, to access the property. Inside, we find three fully equipped rooms, with independent air conditioning, and a Queen size bed. In addition, the main room has an en-suite bathroom for maximum privacy. In the living room, in addition to the ultra-fast fiber connection and international TV, it has modern furniture for maximum comfort. The kitchen, nerve center of the property, is fully equipped, and also has a dining table for maximum comfort.
Finally, from the kitchen, through the traditional Andalusian set wooden staircase, we access the wonderful and unique rooftop, where we are greeted by the jacuzzi and the area with hammocks and barbecue. A unique enclave where we can enjoy the best experience of rest and enjoyment 365 days a year
