This house is in the perfect spot to walk to Duval st. Its only a 1/2 of a block away. So park the car and dont touch it till its time to go home. Great specious house with a nice back yard and pool.

Don’t judge book by its cover! Had more than enough space for 9 of us friends and family to stay the weekend. Location is a prime! Even though it may look old on the outside it is so clean and well maintained. If anyone mentions they need a place to stay in the keys for a group or a large family. I definitely know a place after this one! Thank you again James!

Everything was amazing! House was so cute and perfect for our large group. It was right in the center of everything and in walking distance to all the fun. Host was super responsive and very accommodating. Would definitely rent again!

I hosted a reading retreat for my book club of 16 women at the William Skelton Home. It was the perfect place for us. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and read, plenty of seating for us to spend time together, and a short walk to Duval Street! We really enjoyed the serenity of the private pool too!

We had 10 friends staying in the William Skelton Home this past weekend and the home was perfect. Our hosts were helpful and accommodating in letting us store luggage there on our arrival. The house is so close to so much of the action of Key West and yet it's quiet and peaceful when you're back at the home. It's a special place to stay and perfect for large groups.

The property was very clean. The house felt beautifully rustic and historic. It was only one block from Duval and just steps away from almost all the action. Snugged between two bed and breakfasts, it is an amazing place for a large group for family to stay.

I booked this house for a group of 10 adults in town to celebrate my birthday and it was great for us. Everything looked even nicer in person than in the photos. We loved the pool and patio. There are a lot of distinct common areas, so if one person needed to be on a work call or something they could be in the back sunroom while others were in the upstairs living room, etc. Was very comfortable for us and we enjoyed our stay a lot, hope we can come back sometime!

This property was truly spectacular! Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Right off Duval, but felt secluded and private at the same time. The hosts were very easy to contact and quick to reply. We stayed with friends, family and 2 babies (13 people in total - ages ranging from 10 months old to 80 years old) and yet it never felt cramped and was very quiet for all to get a good nights sleep. This was easily our favorite rental house we have ever stayed at - and we have been coming to Key West as a group for over 10 years.
The pool was perfectly heated and very relaxing. It was so nice to have a full kitchen to cook in. Also 2 parking spots were a huge bonus! Everyone in our group could not stop raving about how great the house was. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

I rented this house as a Christmas gift for my parents who are in their late 70’s and my family including 3 teenage boys. The house is truly in the perfect spot. My parents were able to walk everywhere which was a huge plus. There were three floors which gave every generation their own place to hang. Owner is attentive and answers immediately. Honestly could not have been better. For future renters driveway is very narrow and only holds two cars. We put my husbands truck on a side street in a free parking spot. They will ticket you infront of the house if the meter expires!

The property is absolutely beautiful, spanking clean, so thoughtfully supplied and arranged, and 1/2 block off Duval. We are a large family group ranging from 4 to 59 and everyone loved it. Communication with the property manager was near instantaneous. Would happily stay again!

Communication with host was great, quick to respond and very accommodating. House comfortably hosted a party of 10 with multiple gatherings spaces indoors and out as well as quiet alcoves for reading/reflection. Location was 2 blocks from Duval and all the action. Walking distance to great restaurants, stores, theater, & Mallory square. Great spot for 5 couples to enjoy a long weekend and make some memories.

We celebrated my dad’s 80th birthday at the beautiful pink house. The size was of the house was great, it accommodated 4 generations. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything we needed. The pool was warm and was enjoyed by all of us. We are so glad we found the house. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Had a great weeklong stay with the family. The house had that Key West feel that we wanted. Location cannot be beat with walkability to just about everything. Convenient small grocery store one block over for all we needed. James was very responsive!

James was amazing to work with! He set up our golf cart rental and checked in with throughout our stay. The house was wonderful and having the pool is a big plus. James helped us with staying in the home longer to hold our luggage for our late departure. Definitely recommend this home for your stay.

A group of friends of over 20 years stayed here together to share quality time during Fantasy Fest week! Our most cherished memories were made around the table and at the pool. The house comfortably fit 14 of us and was just steps to the parade route on Duval Street.
