About this house rental

Whether you're on vacation with family, or traveling for work, this is your perfect home away from home! A short drive to Lowry Park Zoo, Walmart and shopping plazas. Just 10 minutes away from Downtown Tampa, Amalie Arena, Channelside, Cruise ports, University of Tampa. Also, 15 minutes away from Tampa Airport, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, University of South Florida, and Bayshore. 30-45 minute drive from Clearwater Beach or St. Pete Beach. One hour away from Disney, Universal, or Legoland.
The home can accommodate preferably 2 cars in the driveway; no parking on the grass. If you have more than two cars, additional parking is available across the street at the General Parking Grounds. It's a public area and can be utilized by our guests.

Ac and heat never worked for our 7 day stay. Mornings it would be 58 inside the house by the end of the day it was over 70. Told property manager my 16 year old had asthma and it was difficult for her to breathe in that high temp range. Property management kept saying we will fix it never showed up. Electric door stopped working on day 3 so for 4 days when we left the house stayed unlocked with our stuff and dogs inside anyone could have stole them. The alarm did not work. There was no chlorine in the pool. Sliding back door kept falling of track.

Stayed here with our dog for Parents Wkd. Perfect location close to campus and easy access to downtown and the beaches. Had an issue with checking in but the owner was very responsive and fixed us up quickly. House and pool look just like the pictures. We had a good trip and enjoyed having a home base so close to our student.

We arrived at the home fairlly late at night and the front door was open (we just pushed the door). We were told that the alarm was the same code as the door but it did not even turn on so we are not sure. The pool had long black hair and false eyelashes in it (the pool cleaner had just been there) and the neightbor’s child sat on the shed in Their yard and watched us the entire time we were in the pool. The baseboards needed to be cleaned and there were ants in the kitchen every morning (the dishes were cleaned and put in the dishwasher before we went to bed). There we no spices or supplies of any kind, with the exception of coffee pods, in the pantry. The window in the hall bathroom is in the shower, facing the front yard next door and could be seen through - it came to just below my chest. The communication with the host was spot-on, even when we contacted them late at night. The beds were very comfortable and clean (with the exception of a dirty sock under one of the beds) and smart TVs in every room was a plus.
