Harbour House 311 is a third floor 1-bedroom, 1-bath hotel condo on the tropical Estero Island known as Fort Myers Beach. This unique resort's location and all it offers is like finding a hidden gem! Appliances include a 2-burner glasstop range, built-in microwave oven, a mini-dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. Next to the kitchen the living area has a sleeper-sofa with coffee table, across from which is a credenza with flat screen TV. There is also a dining table seating two beneath a window overlooking the pool/spa area and Times Square in the distance.

The bedroom has carpeting, a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, corner chair, closet and a chest of drawers with flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors open to a furnished balcony overlooking several shops, restaurants and the back bay with all the boating activities. The large bathroom has tile flooring and a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and a tiled combination tub/shower.
