Experience lakefront living at its finest when you book this splendid home in Lake Michigan! Michiana offers plenty of local attractions and a myriad of outdoor activities, from swimming and fishing in the lake to hiking and biking along scenic trails. Plus, there are plenty of ways to explore - children and adult bikes and gas-powered golf carts are provided, along with two loon paddleboards with Cannon paddles. For time on the sand, enjoy the available beach chairs and umbrellas, while listening to your favorite playlists on the JBL waterproof speaker. Maui mats create additional lake fun.
Back at home, a wonderful backyard oasis awaits! The shimmering, private pool comes complete with a pool slide that will make everything more entertaining! Please note that the pool is available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
When are aren't taking refreshing dips, there is a lakefront deck with unparalleled views and plenty of inviting seating, where you all can unwind and relax, or host summertime cookouts using the gas grill. Sports equipment includes basketball and tennis rackets, should you want to indulge in friendly competition. Evenings can be spent conversing around the firepit.
Inside, breathtaking views of tranquil Lake Michigan are visible through large windows in the living area. A fireplace creates a warm atmosphere for any setting, and culinary enthusiasts can transform recipes in the well-equipped kitchen. Other interior highlights include a game room with a Ping-Pong table, an arcade basketball game, and a wide selection of children's games. Five pristine bedrooms offer the perfect retreat, and little ones can rest soundly in the available crib. The high-end beds, sheets, and towels available provide a luxurious ambience you're sure to remember long after your stay concludes. Blueair purifiers can be requested for even more in-home comforts.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
