Scenic Peaceful Surroundings, Awesome Views, Modern Amenities, Convenient & Accessible Location. This large, nearly 1,300 sq. ft. living space, sleeps 5 comfortably. Featuring a California King Bed (Firm) in the master suite, & another King Bed (Firm) in the 2nd bedroom. with 2 generous-sized bathrooms. 3 55' 4k Smart TV's, FAST 1G Wi-Fi! So much to do on the property and in the surrounding areas.

Fly into Salt Lake International Airport and rent a car. It will be the best way to get around town and all the things you’ll want to see and do.

Uber and Lyft are also available as well as paid Scooters and Bicycles which can be found at various locations in and around downtown.

Wonderful experience with this pick! Very clean, with excellent facilities (pool, etc.) Management was very informative. It felt like home away from home. Would definitely book again.

We were SO pleased with everything about our stay. The unit was clean, well stocked with supplies (spices, coffee pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent, towels for the pool, etc.). Communication before and during our stay was timely (codes, helpful hints about unit, etc.) and the binder with ideas for restaurants and things to do in the area was very helpful. We didn't have time to play any of the games in the well-stocked closet, but if we did, there was a nice variety. The bed was comfortable and the unit was clean. As a Melaleuca user, I also appreciated seeing the cleaning supplies used. If we ever have family or friends coming to the area, we will definitely recommend this unit!

This property had everything we needed. The kids swam in the pool, adults used the gym, Walmart and Costco are very close, quiet and safe property. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure excellent.

If you're headed to the SLC area, think about South Jordan as a great alternative. Bill & Co's place is great, all the necessary amenities for the active traveler. Gym, pool, and his Condo is very nice, you can stay here with confidence!

This was a nice place for our ski and Gaelic tournament visit. Really enjoyed the beauty of Salt Lake City. The place was overall nice just a few items to improve

My wife and I stayed here for a ski trip the first week of March, 2024. Great location, the kitchen in the apartment was well furnished with dishes, coffee, supplies, etc. Plenty of comfortable space and Bill was an excellent host. He responded to a couple of burnt out light bulbs immediately and was always prompt in all communication. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay!

Property is well set up for 2 to 4 people, rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Many small items such as coffee, dish and laundry detergent are provided. Good access to SLC and various snow resorts (Snowbird, Park City) ...

We loved this property! It's very clean and has everything you need! One nice feature is that the master/bathroom is separated from the other bedroom/bathroom, which makes the space feel larger and more private, great if you are staying with another couple, or kids. The work-out room is great, as is the pool area. Bill made the booking very easy! Would highly recommend!!
