- These are TWO separate hotel rooms. Rooms are individually unique and may not be adjoining or adjacent, allocated based on availability upon arrival. The price is for all rooms.
- The property requires a damage deposit of USD 100/stay/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.
- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.
- Following property rules, the minimum age required for check-in is 19 years old.
- Upon arrival, a mandatory resort fee of USD 14.99/night/unit (plus tax) will be collected for stays from April 1, 2025 onwards, this is not included in the daily rate.

Each 300sf STANDARD TRADITIONAL ROOM

THE PROPERTY
Our family-friendly property provides the following on-site amenities:

- Complimentary shuttle;
- Rollaway beds are available on a request basis only and are subject to a $25 plus tax fee per unit per night. Requests are on a first-come, first-serve basis on day of arrival;
- Pets are allowed in Traditional Rooms only with a $20.00 non-refundable fee required per pet, per night;
- Parking is available for guests on the property and is free of cost (for 1 car per unit)
NOTE: Some of the amenities may not function as advertised.
- The pools and hot tub are closed during the winter season.
- Hot breakfast buffet is not available starting November 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025. Dinner during these dates is limited menu in Driftwood Lounge only, from 4-8pm. Rainbow Room is closed. Wind coffee kiosk in the lobby is open 7am-4pm with grab and go items.
- Navajo Canyon Cruise and Rainbow Bridge Cruise boat tours are not available from June 11, 2024 through September 8, 2024. In 2025, they will also not operate during peak season, May 1 through September 30.

Driftwood Lounge - Open April 1 - October 31 (Lunch & Dinner 12:00pm -9pm), November 1 - March 31 (Dinner only 4pm-8pm)
Wind - Open March 1 - April 30 (6am-4pm), May 1 - October 31 (6am-6pm), November 1 - February 28 (7am-3pm)
Wahweap Pizza Co. - Open June 1, 2024 - September 30, 2024
Anasazi Restaurant - Open April 5 - October 31, 2024 (Breakfast: 7am-10am, Lunch: 11am-1pm, Dinner: 5pm-9pm)
