Single story level house with game room, private backyard with Joola ping pong table, fast wifi and ample free parking spaces!

BEDROOMS:
-Bedroom 1 - Master with king bed, 55-inch Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, ESPN+), charging station, office work space, private bathroom, walk-in closet. Memory foam mattress and pillows! (Sleeps 2-3)
-Bedroom 2 - 2 queen beds, 45-inch Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, ESPN+), large closet, charging station. Memory foam mattress and pillows! (Sleeps 4)
-Bedroom 3 - Twin bed, 55-inch Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, ESPN+), charging station. Memory foam mattress and pillows! (Sleeps 1)
-Living room sofa is also a pull out couch! (sleeps 1-2)

KITCHEN:
Kitchen is fully stocked with basic condiments and all essential cooking appliances including stovetop, oven, pots/pans, microwave, toaster, etc.

Coffee station equipped with Keurig machine, coffee grounds, coffee pods, tea, sugar, creamer, Splenda & more

Laundry is in the kitchen and we provide detergent for laundry.

LIVING ROOM:
65-inch Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, ESPN+ access (you can login to other streaming services). Nintendo Switch with 5 games to choose from or bring your own! L-shaped couch that's also a pull out bed.

DINING AREA:
Dining table fits 6 comfortably and we can provide more chairs if needed

DEN:
Game room with 3 in 1 mini game board (foosball, ice hockey and pool table). Also over 10+ boardgames options for group games!

BATHROOMS:
2 full bathrooms with a tub stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, Q-tips, cotton pads, cotton balls, hair dryer and curler!

BACKYARD:
Private backyard access with outdoor sectional seating, dinning area, grill, Joola aluminum ping pong table and cornhole

PARKING:
Private Parking is available in the driveway fits 2 cars. Ample free street parking for additional cars.

Guest access
You have access to the entire property including the backyard. Our backyard includes a barbecue set up and sitting area so you can enjoy the California weather and San Gabriel mountain view!

Your fur baby is welcome in our home! If you plan to brings any Pets make sure to disclose this now to save on the Pet Fees! Pet Fees are $150/pet if reported before check-in and $250/pet if observed on the property but not paid for prior to check-in

Please note we have recorded security camera setup for safety & security on the exterior of the house. Also, there are noise measurement devices outside of the house to make sure we stay within city ordinance for quiet hours.

We DO NOT actively monitor these cameras out of respect to our guests. None of these cameras have a line of sight or is capable of viewing indoor spaces. There are NO indoor cameras. There are NO forms of video surveillance for activities inside the home.

Tampering with any of the cameras is strictly prohibited.
