Overview
Villa Pelago is located in Skopelos Town, Skopelos. This detached
vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps
up to 7 people (6 Adults and 1 Child) with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms.
There is a private pool with barbecue and Sea views. Walking distance
to the Beach and Restaurants.
Layout

Villa Pelago, spread across different levels is set in its own gardens
on the foot of Mount Palouki, offering superb views to the sea and
Skopelos town. From the main entrance there is access to the spacious
living/dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. From the living area
there stairs leading to the spectacular master bedroom with its 180
degrees views and an en-suite WC and shower room. From the living room
another staircase leads to the main bathroom with shower, two twin
bedrooms and a day room with large windows and day bed to enjoy
peaceful time reading a book or having a quick nap. The villa lays on a
4,000m2 grounds and has many terraces with comfortable seating to enjoy
the spectacular vies and avoid the sun if one wishes. Alfresco dinning
with the view of Skopelos town at the distance is mesmerizing. A gentle
paved path leads to the comfortable pool terrace with comfortable sun
loungers to laze around the inviting fresh water swimming pool,
surrounded by fully grown olive trees and endemic Skopelos bushes and
flowers.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free
Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

Bedrooms
Villa Pelago has 3 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Villa Pelago was an explorers paradise amidst nature. The diverse levels and terraces were delightful spots for exploration. The access to Mount Palouki and the surrounding nature made our hiking experiences memorable. The unique layout of the villa and the stunning views added an extra layer of adventure to our stay, making it a perfect choice for those who love to explore and appreciate natures beauty.

Our groups stay at Villa Pelago was delightful. The diverse levels and spacious living areas offered ample room for gatherings. The panoramic views from the master bedroom were breathtaking. The various terraces and alfresco dining spots allowed us to enjoy quality time together while savoring the beauty of Skopelos. The pool terrace and its serene surroundings made our group stay truly memorable

The villa was absolutely spotless and big - bigger than expected We have already recommended it all our friends - thank you. The pool was particularly good, with amazing views.The pool terrace and its surroundings offered private moments amidst nature.Skopelos town was simply romantic.

We found the driving instructions very simple to follow and the text that we received on our arrival day was a nice thought. We spent a lot of time outside making ourselves great local specialities and swimming in pool. Having been to Skopelos 4 times, we will definitely return. We are coming again for sure.

Villa Pelago was an artists dream and a book lovers paradise. The different levels and diverse spaces, especially the day room with its large windows, were perfect for creative inspiration and reading. The spectacular views and the alfresco dining area offered serene and picturesque surroundings.
