The 4-bedroom, 3-bath gorgeous getaway in California offers all the essentials, including a stocked kitchen, a variety of sleeping arrangements, a pool and spa, and a game area for some friendly competition!
Other things to note!
Not a party house. Loud indoor or outdoor music and loud noise are not allowed. Neighborhood quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am. No loud parties, live music, music amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJs, or karaoke are allowed outside.
POOL | SPA:
Pool & Spa $150/daily fee – Pool up to 85 degrees. Spa to 100 degrees.
Spa only: $50/daily fee to 100 degrees. Pool heating time varies depending on the outside temperature. The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one is not.
Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request for an additional $50/ per hour and is subject to our approval
For property security reasons, there are two surveillance cameras installed outside (facing out) and noise sensors in the backyard for security purposes.

GAME GARAGE: w/ big poker, foosball, pool/billiard, and pink pong tables, 43" TV. Color-changing LED light-decorated area for relaxation.
GENERAL: We provide complimentary Hookah, popcorn, coffee, sugar, salt, toiletries(shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand cream, hand soap), three-size towels. laundry detergent, iron, hair dryer etc
