Butchers Flat is a stunning Cotswold holiday apartment which sleeps four guests (no children aged two or under permitted and only one child under 18 allowed), in two exquisite bedrooms, both with their own beautiful ensuites. With considered taste, this luxurious flat has been sympathetically restored, incorporating modern elements and rustic country decor whilst complementing the property's original character. The open plan, well-equipped kitchen/dining room has a fantastic view over the historical High Street and a feature stone fireplace. The sitting room is the epitome of comfort, with cosy seating, opulent soft furnishings and incredible exposed Cotswold stone. A true embodiment of Cotswold style, Butchers Flat is also dog friendly, suitable for one small dog.

My family in I stayed in this flat for 4 days in July. From the moment of booking we were pleased with detailed and clear communications from Stay Cotswold. 3 weeks prior to arrival we were put in contact directly with the hosts who were responsive to all of our needs and just a pleasure to communicate with. Prior to our arrival I ordered items from the hosts store below and everything was ready for us upon arriving at the flat. And the provisions were delicious! The flat was beautifully designed, thoughtfully curated, and sparkling clean. The location is second-to-none, overlooking high street and only a short walk from cafes, restaurants, and pubs. Chipping Camden is a lovely town and this flat might be one of the best it has to offer. The value for money is exceptional. You wont regret booking this and having the most comfortable stay.

Wow!!!! This property is simply amazing. I don't even know where to start. Just note we did not want to leave. Everything was perfect. The communication with the property management team and Tom from the Fillet & Bone below was superb. Tom went above and beyond to help us find vegan options for our stay. We have never had better customer service. Now the property itself was incredible. It was very high end with all the luxuries you could imagine. The owners have thought of everything. If we ever return to England we will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for letting us stay at the Butchers Flat it was the highlight of our trip through England.

Butcher’s Flat was a wonderful place to stay while traveling around the Cotswolds! It is decorated beautifully with Cotswolds character! It was clean, the beds are comfortable and the communication was excellent. We had a problem with the electric fuse and they were there in 10 minutes to fix it. This is a very special place which I would definitely stay again!

Wow, what a beautifully presented apartment, this place is full of character and charm combined with all the modern amenities you need to make your stay in the beautiful town of Chipping Campden.
The welcome basket of fresh fruit and bread along with the discount voucher for the amazing delicatessen below the apartment was a great touch by the owners
Without hesitation I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in the area, 5 Star plus

I stayed in the Butchers Flat with my Dad and my dog and it is the most perfect accommodation in every way. The flat is beautifully presented and everything we needed was there. It was all so comfortable and we all felt at home straight away. Both bedrooms are of equal quality and size too which is great. We were welcomed with a lovely hamper of goodies and a gift card for the deli downstairs. The deli is so handy to have right below and we popped in most days. Communication with the owner was excellent and he helped with any queries we had. Also the parking space outside was very helpful to have and made loading and unloading the car very easy.
Location is great and easy to get to lots of different locations in the Cotswolds and there’s plenty of different restaurants to try nearby, either in Chipping Campden or further afield.

We had the most wonderful weekend away with friends, staying at The Butcher's Flat in Chipping Campden!
Everything about our stay was fabulous... right from the outset, the communication from the host Chris was extremely efficient and helpful in every way - added to which, we were left such a thoughtful and kind 'welcome gift' of fresh bread and fruit, along with a gift card for the Fillet and Bone Deli below!!
The flat itself was exquisite - incredibly quiet with beautiful decor throughout, luxuriously comfy beds and fabulous bathrooms - the attention to detail was absolutely second to none!
The location couldn't be any better.. just a short walk along the high street to fabulous coffee shops, eateries and to browse the lovely little shops and boutiques. Or just a short drive to an array of beautiful villages and local pubs.
We really couldn't recommend this property highly enough... it truly is a hidden gem, nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds.

The Butchers Flat is one of those rare gems that is even better than it looks in the photos! The property has been done to a very high standard with beautiful and comfortable furnishings. It felt like someone’s home, versus a rental property! We were so impressed- we’ll definitely be returning ourselves, and recommending to all our friends and family. Absolutely fantastic stay for my husbands 40th. The owners were a great point of contact and so amendable and helpful in popping banners up that I sent down.
The accommodation is such high spec and the kitchen is really well kitted out too. The off road parking is handy but we didn’t have a problem with our second car parking on the high street.
It was so nice relaxing in the living room of an evening!
Some great places to eat locally and slightly further afield. Lygon Arms in Broadway for a stunning roast and the bakery just across the road for pastries bigger than your head!
Having the deli below is really handy too.
Again just a great property in a great location, really hope to be back soon!

Wow, what an amazing place. It is beautiful. We felt at home from the minute we stepped inside and didn’t want to leave. Parking was a real plus for us. In a great location with all the facilities you could ever need. Bonus being the deli downstairs and the lovely welcome pack. Owners of The Butcher’s Flat are really welcoming and lovely. Booking through Stay Cotswolds was so easy and straightforward.

We had a fantastic winter break in this beautiful property, right in the heart of picturesque Chipping Camden. It was even more luxurious than the photos looked - we were truly amazed! The parking was a real bonus (a picture of this on the website would have been helpful to show this and alleviate our queries when booking). Service from the company throughout the booking process was really great too.

The accommodation is so comfortable and well appointed.
The hosts provided a welcome pack (most appreciated) and were on hand throughout our stay. Likewise, the staff in the shop underneath were amazingly helpful. The handbook/maintenance manual available in the flat was well thought out with photos (genius idea)

Our first visit to the Cotswolds was wonderful and we can't wait to visit again. The beautiful home, the Butcher's flat in Chipping Campden was a wonderful base for our trips out, with plenty of dog-friendly local pubs and coffee shops on our doorstep. The flat has everything you needed and more and the hosts were extremely welcoming and generous, giving us fresh bread from the lovely deli downstairs and a gift card to spend in the deli.

We had a really great stay at the butcher's flat, the accommodation is beautifully designed and has everything you may need. The location is pretty much perfect, not only for Chipping Campden but for other picturesque surrounding villages. The welcome basket is a lovely touch! We will definitely be back in the future! I'm not even sure where to start ....... you know when you go and stay somewhere and the photo's never live up to the reality ... well forget that, this is better than the photo's, this place was simply perfect and we loved it.
Chris & Pat are great hosts and very nearby if you need anything, they have also put their hearts and souls into this rental and it shows, this really is a home from home, providing home is a 5 star luxury hotel. it's just far to convenient to have the Fillet & Bone downstairs too, they have such lovely food and its so good to have everything so close.
Parking was no issue for us as we thought to bring the smaller car and never had an issue coming and going, there was enough room at the bottom of the drive to turn round, which made it much easier.
There is everything you need here, from the usual things like hairdryers, hand wash, washing up liquid etc, but also the things you didn't realised you needed like a stopper for the half drunk wine, the clip things to keep your jumbo bag of crisps fresh and for me a good supply of jigsaws for the rainy afternoon.
Chipping Campden itself is a great town, with enough shops for an afternoons browse and certainly enough places to eat, I'd recommend Huxley's opposite for breakfast and lunch, such great food and fantastic hospitality.
We really couldn't recommend this place enough and like others, the only drawback was that it was already booked for Christmas. We will certainly be coming back as this is absolutely the best rental we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in a lot.
This was also our first time booking with Stay Cotswolds and the experience was excellent, the communication was superb we will certainly use this company again when booking elsewhere in the Cotswolds.

The owners of this place outdid themselves. First of all, the interior design is *really beautiful* while also being so, so cozy. But on top of that, it was also sparkling clean, fully stocked with all the appliances and equipment you might need and filled with small touches that made it "so good to be home" every time we entered it. This flat is also in the perfect location - right on the high street, so if you're walking like we were, you're in the middle of everything. Highly recommend.
