About this house rental

NEW LISTING: Copper Top Lodge is hosted by Bach Rentals LLC and sits behind the gates of the Resort with close proximity to all that the Resort has to offer: 2 golf courses, fitness center, spa, indoor pool, lazy river, 3 outdoor pools, basketball courts, pickle ball/tennis courts, putt putt, playground, indoor hot tub, sauna, steam room and more.

It boasts 6 bedrooms (all face the golf course/pond/fountain so everyone has a phenomenal view). The pond was featured in a scene of the Dirty Dancing movie. It has 4 1/2 baths. Two bedrooms have a King sized bed, 3 have a Queen bed and one has 2 sets of Double bunkbeds providing sleeping for 15 people. One of the bunkbeds has a single trundle that pulls out. All bedrooms have a smart TV and high speed, fiber optic internet to allow folks to stream TV shows and movies. The home has an office area located in a quiet part of the house if anyone needs to do any work. The kitchen is very well stocked with just about any appliance you could think of: Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, Ninja which is a crock pot, air fryer and instapot all in one, pancake griddle, blender and more.

It should be noted that this home has 12 pool passes, but children under 12 years old, do NOT require a pool pass. The passes are needed for the beach, indoor/outdoor pools and fitness center.

The main level of the home has a very large meeting and gathering place for big groups so you can play games and dine together. Dining for 15 people. The lower level boasts a pool table, foosball, ping pong, cornhole, a bar, second living room and second kitchen area.

This home will not disappoint; there are multiple places to both join the larger group or go read a book on the two expansive decks (one covered and one open for sunning). There is also a large screened in porch with a propane fireplace.

Six passenger golf cart available to rent. Can also rent pontoon boats, paddle boards, kayaks are all available to rent from the Resort.

This was a wonderful home for an extended family gathering. I felt like I was visiting friends because the home is so well equipped. For example, the kitchen has every possible pot, pan, utensil, gadget, and equipment you could need (even spices). The owners have done a fabulous job of making a large home feel cozy and comfortable. I only wish I had been able to stay longer. A few notes to plan your stay: - The grocery store is abt 20 minutes away. - We rented a pontoon boat from the resort and it was a simple process. I recommend getting this view of the area. - Highland Kitchen+Bar in Chimney Rock was delicious for dinner out (abt 30 min away). - Scoops Ice cream in lake lure pulls up in Google as 2.9 miles away but it is much further and takes about 25 minutes to get to by car. The ice cream is great - just a bit of a drive. I think Google is showing distance by boat.

What an amazing week we had in Lake Lure, NC over the July 4th week. It was a bit last minute when we decided in early June to see what was available for the July 4th week. I was thrilled this beautiful home was available which fit our family needs perfectly. From the minute I booked, Laurie was amazing in her communication to us. Every detail for our stay was mapped out prior to us even asking. She was in touch with us checking in throughout the week to make sure everything was going well. The home itself is simply amazing. Plenty of space as we were traveling with our family with ages from 2-70! The view from the deck is so delightful and the screened in porch was the perfect place to sit and relax as we looked at the pond. No stone has been left unturned as the kitchen had everything that we could possibly need. So, there is no need to bring a thing! We enjoyed family dinners each evening on a beautiful long table that has enough space for 14. The younger kids felt special as they enjoyed the smaller round table. Rumbling Bald Resort has so much to offer. We rented a pontoon boat, kayaked, enjoy ice cream each day. The beach area at the lake was perfect and the view spectacular. The family enjoyed the swimming pool and lazy river as well along with the miniature golf which is in walking distance to the lake. To say we had a fabulous week is an understatement! Staying at this beautiful home and working with Laurie was a treat! We can't wait to come back!!

We had a relaxing and memorable stay at the Copper Top Lodge in Rumbling Bald Resort. The home is beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed a family reunion and found plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. The house had lots of common spaces where we could share time together and lots of quiet spaces where we could read and rest. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen I have ever seen! The family enjoyed the wonderful amenities of Rumbling Bald, swimming if the pools and the lake. Laurie was an excellent host and was very eager to make our stay at The Copper Top Lodge the best it could be. We look forward to returning for another great vacation.

From start to finish, Laurie made the process very easy. She was very responsive with my questions and also made sure everything was as expected at check in. We had plenty of space for everyone and we’re more than satisfied with the quality and cleanliness of the unit.

The resort is wonderful with lots to do nearby. The house is amazing, spacious and super clean. The view from the porch is beautiful . We drove to Chimney Rock and it was so much fun. It’s a very easy drive, and took us only about twenty minutes from the house. Laurie, the Property Manager is fantastic. She responds very quickly and makes sure everyone has everything they need! I definitely would recommend this property.

This is the most beautiful and incredible home. The attention to detail and comfort is amazing. We loved the peaceful porches, played board games and relaxed watching the gigantic tv. Such a beautiful home and loved every minute. My husband and sons and invited it the best house ever. Absolutely gorgeous.
