Unit Layout
The Schwan is a spacious, 5-room house with an area of 142 square meters spread across two levels. It features a cozy and wooden interior design with Scandinavian furnishings. On the ground floor, there is a large living/dining room with a Scandinavian wood stove (for decorative purposes only), a dining table, and a satellite TV with a flat screen. This room leads out to a terrace. Additionally, there is one large bedroom with a double bed on this level. The open kitchen is equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a hydro massage bathtub, as well as a sauna.
Amenities Included
On the upper floor, there is an open gallery and access to a balcony. This level houses two rooms with sloping ceilings, each furnished with a double bed, and one room with sloping ceilings featuring two beds. There is also a shower and toilet on this floor. The house is equipped with gas heating and underfloor heating, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout your vacation. The floors are made of wood, adding to the cozy ambiance. Outside, you can enjoy a balcony, terrace, garden, and lawn area, complete with terrace and balcony furniture for your relaxation.

The Schwan offers several convenient facilities to enhance your stay, including a children's high chair and a baby cot (available upon request). Wi-Fi internet access is provided, ensuring you stay connected during your vacation. Additionally, there is reserved parking for one car available at the house. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and it is equipped with a smoke alarm for your safety. The house is suitable for families and can accommodate up to 8 people with its four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Pets are allowed, making it an ideal destination for a family vacation.
