Situated on 2.5 acres of open space, offering the luxury of enjoying privacy and ample outdoors. It is next to Potters Marsh, a popular spot for bird watchers, and the regular sightings of moose, eagles, and occasional bears make this home a haven for nature enthusiasts. Despite the seclusion, it is within a 1-2 min drive from the New Seward Highway. This is especially convenient as it's the only road connecting Anchorage to the Kenai Peninsula. It location is unbeatable. This remodeled living space is updated with 2 bedrooms and a loft. Each room has a queen bed with new memory foam mattresses. One room has the option for a private bathroom. There is a loft where children or teenagers can sleep, making this a unique option for larger families. There is a washer and a dryer. The bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The kitchen has appliances and utensils needed for a self prepared meal. A refrigerator for food and a freezer to store any fish you plan to take home. The stove has gas burners, an oven, and an air fryer. There is a plenty of prep space and a dining table for eating. The home has is located on a quiet driveway. It is located near the Rabbit Creek gun range so gun fire can be heard at times. The Alaska Railroad passes a couple of times a day. And due to its proximity to the New Seward Highway there can be the noise of loud cars.
