Ground floor access via a dedicated front door exclusive to this unit, or common hallway access via side door. Very convenient for getting in and out, walking dogs, food delivery, etc. This unit is in a small shared building with one unit above, situated on a residential side street.
The space is two stories duplexed down with 1 primary bedroom suite upstairs (attached bath) and 2 additional bedrooms downstairs (basement level). Guests can expect modern decor and amenities - the building was constructed in 2020 with all new HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fixtures, and stainless steel appliances. Owners lived here and have upgraded this place as their own.
This space has everything you might need to cook a full meal, entertain (including high speed Wi-Fi, board games, Roku TVs in every bedroom, and extra dining chairs), or otherwise live as if you are right at home - with plenty of soap, towels, hangers, and laundry detergent. Each bed has a charging outlet on the nightstand, and the basement bedrooms have full-sized desks convenient for work-from-home or students.
The whole space is yours - it is unlikely you will encounter anyone else in the building during your stay. The only shared space is the back common hallway, but this unit has its own dedicated entry in front.
Very easy and available free street parking on Western Ave or 24th Street (will require 1-3 blocks of walking).

Instead of renting 3 hotel rooms, split the cost of this place with your friends/family/colleagues to get all the modern comforts of home with enough privacy to enjoy some peace and quiet too.
