The property was very charming, the cottage I stayed in was large, clean and had everything I needed. The bed and pillows I found to be very comfortable. The location was very convenient. I was visiting family in Palm Harbor but obviously also very close to all that downtown Dunedin has to offer. The beaches on the Dunedin Causeway are very close as is the gorgeous Honeymoon Beach. The cottage was spotless. It was cool when I was there so I didn’t use the pool area but it is a very cute area that would be a nice place to relax.

I had a couple plumbing issues upon checkin. But since I arrived late, I emailed the next day and the problems were resolved while I was gone for the day.

False advertising! I booked an apartment and got a hotel room!

The room and the property were clean when I arrived

I booked an apartment and got a hotel room! When I immediately notified the property, they did not respond to email, texts, and messages here on booking. I had to reach out to Booking.com by phone for them to call the property before I got a response... in the form of a message. They promised to call me immediately... No one called me back. The message said that the listing was not for a '1 bedroom apartment' but a 'room'. They said that Booking.com made the mistake and ignored me afterward. I booked for 1 week and work remotely so I NEVER book a 'room'. I always book apartments - which is what the listing shows and my reservation shows. So, to say the least, I'm upset and disappointed with the stay and the lack of communication with the property. I never saw anyone in management of the property during my stay and only saw 2 other people there. Lights in the shower were not working, no cleaning done during my stay, no communication, nothing. Very disappointed. I could have stayed at a better location if I knew all I was booking was a hotel room. False advertising!

45 m in minutes wait to get in. Lodging was pictured on booking .com as a cottage. No cottage more like a boutique hotel room in a house. Ok but not what we wanted.

Nice place for a few nights.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom very nice. Takes some time for the water to get hot but good once it does. Common area is a nice place to sit when our friends came by for a visit. It was a quiet week at the resort so we had the common area to ourselves.

Close to downtown but crossing the major road to get there could take some time. No crosswalks near the resort and traffic can be heavy. Would be nice if there had been another comfortable chair or small sofa were available. TV very small if watching from the bed or chair.

Enjoyed this cute little paradise right off the main road

Cute little property with coffee, treat, snacks, and a common area to rest, play games, etc. We also used the pool area which was clean and nicely kept. The spa was hot. Close to eating spots. Was a great stay!

It was only fair.

We had a terrible time getting our code. The first code was to a room that had not been made up. It took us over 2 hours to get into our room.

Surprisingly wonderful!

Given the price, we were a little concerned at what we might find. The Cottages were a lovely surprise. The room was welcoming, clean, well appointed, and comfy. We commented to each other multiple times about how it turned out to be so much better than we expected. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome stay!

Easy, friendly and smooth check in. Very clean, quiet and comfortable updated rooms / cottages. Good parking. Super close to Main Street & Pinellas Biking Trail.
