The property was as pictured and the beds were super comfortable. Close to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg.

All of the window blinds were dirty like they hadn’t been dusted in months. Upon arrival the third floor bedrooms were left wide open and there are no screens on the windows so very dangerous. Didn’t notice until the dog stuck her head out. The tv remote controls would not work on any of the televisions. We literally had three channels on every tv the entire 5 days stay. Even the dvd remote was missing so we could not enjoy dvds in the third floor bedroom either. Called and told the property, we were told they would have to create a work order to get it fixed. Also if you do not like driving up hills and on one way mountain roads I would not book this particular cabin. You go up multiple single mountain roads with cliffs on the side to get to this particular property. Being so high up Wi-Fi kept going out and even the properties Wi-Fi was poor and did not work that well either.

The beds were super comfortable. There were extra blankets, enough for everyone. We enjoyed the game room. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. The cabin was close to attractions and stores.

The washer and dryer weren't working. We were informed about the washer the day before our arrival. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty. There were cobwebs throughout the cabin.
