Located in Encounter Bay, this 3-bedroom beautifully finished home is just a few minutes from Victor Harbor, it’s so close to the popular tourist attractions of Granite Island, the Whale Center, the National Trust Museum, Warland Reserve - not to mention the Victor Harbor Heritage Trail and the famous Cockle Train.
This property offers a fabulous getaway destination with all the luxury comforts of home. There’s a spacious open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar/living/dining room space with incredible lake views - opening out to a delightful alfresco area under the main roof with protective cafe blinds, creating the ideal entertaining area. The kitchen features extensive marble-top bench space and cupboards, a 900mm oven and stove, soft-closing drawers, a dishwasher, an ice maker, a blender, a coffee pod machine, and a large walk-in pantry.
There are three bedrooms, the main features a huge walk-in robe and a stylish private ensuite bathroom with bath and double vanity. The family 3-way bathroom including another bath is conveniently located next to bedrooms 2 & 3, both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are generous in size and have built-in robes.
Outside there are paths right around the home, it’s fully landscaped with easy care / low maintenance gardens and importantly fully fenced for any children or pets.

This near-new home is perfect for a coastal getaway - in the sought-after holiday location in Victor Harbor, on the lake, and close to popular reserves and swimming spots, cafes, shops, and the beach.
Dogs on a leash are permitted on all lake beaches. Unfortunately, they are not permitted in the water.
The bedding configuration (sleeps 6) is as follows:
Bedroom 1: King Bed – Sleeps 2
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed – Sleeps 2
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed – Sleeps 2
The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.
This property is 100% pet-friendly, and your well-behaved pets are welcome indoors.
Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $22 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.
Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $44 for 1 night.
Party / Events Fee: $200 per occurrence
Late Night Disturbance Fee: $200 per occurrence
Smoking Fee: $200
Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.
Please note that this property is not available for Schoolies booking and doesn't accept 25 December Arrival/Departure.
