Enter this beautifully appointed in town home through its front door and you are greeted warmly by it's old world craftsmanship. The stunning living room to the right of the foyer has high ceilings, wood flooring, wide crown molding, and chair rails. To the left of the foyer is the dining room with high ceilings, wood flooring, wide crown molding, and chair rails for gatherings and entertainment. The rear of the home is a nicely appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including under the counter washer and dryer. Easy access to the first-floor primary bedroom is just off the living room and kitchen, and the primary bath with a modern tile shower and floor, and vanity, are practical and nicely finished. As you re-enter the foyer, you can immediately head up the steps to another well-appointed bath with a tub/shower combination, custom sink/vanity and tile flooring—the remaining three bedrooms round out this cozy home.
Located directly across the street is the Maritime Museum. Tour the revitalized tall ships, crabbing boats, and steamers that made the Chesapeake what it is today.
The home is a short 3 minute walk to the public boat ramp and free public pier!
The beautiful Sailwinds Park is located just a short 2 minute drive (less than a 10 minute walk) from the house, offering public access to a beach, restrooms, playground, and a paved walking path.
Another short 2 minute drive over the Cambridge Creek will bring you to a vibrant entertainment district with a number of cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, and the Harriet Tubman Museum.
