A Moment's Peace is a brand new 4-bedroom home situated on 7 private acres in the high elevation town of Seven Devils. Private outdoor area with expansive double decks, plenty of parking, and a great mountain view. 6-person hot tub on the lower deck, a bunk room for kids, whole-house Sonos sound system, and pet friendly! And best yet - each bedroom has their own private bathroom!
Upon entering, you're greeted by an open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a spacious island with a breakfast bar, and custom cabinetry that combines elegance and functionality. The adjacent dining area offers a tranquil space to enjoy meals while soaking in the awe-inspiring vistas through oversized windows. Brand new cozy furniture in the living room in front of the gas log fireplace with a large flatscreen TV above. Both bedrooms on the main level both have queen beds, a TV and private bathrooms. The master bedroom is located upstairs and also includes a TV and ensuite bathroom. Head downstairs to find another living room, bunk room (2 full-over-full bunks!) and a private bathroom (shower/tub combo). Also downstairs is a game room with a ping-pong table and 60 game multicade system!
Conveniently located in Seven Devils, this exceptional residence offers easy access to a plethora of outdoor activities, from hiking and skiing to fishing and kayaking, ensuring that every day brings new opportunities for adventure. Additional Notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You'll receive two kiln-dried packs of wood and a firestarter for $25/night plus tax.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- This property is pet friendly for up to two mature, well-trained dogs with a fee of $25 per day, per dog, max weight of 50lbs each.
- AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months. The main road leading up to this home is gravel and quite steep in places. The driveway is level and gravel.
- Parking for a maximum of 4 vehicles.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
