Step inside to a large den in the front of the house with a 65" curved HDMI smart television and Sonos surround sound. The first bedroom is immediately to your left, offering a queen-size bed, 45” smart HDMI TV, and an ensuite bath with thermostatic shower.
Ten-foot pocket doors open from the den to a dining room that can seat 14. A hallway leads to the master bedroom, a half bath, a second den, and the kitchen. The kitchen connects to the dining room, completing the circular floor plan, making entertaining easy and open.
Off the hallway, the master bedroom is on the first floor. It has a California king and a 55” Smart HDMI TV mounted above the fireplace’s mantel. The ensuite bath has two sinks and luxury finishes, such as marble counters, flooring, and an accent wall. It also has a thermostatic shower and a second rain showerhead.
Past the half-bath, a back den off the kitchen provides a separate downstairs seating area. This has a sectional sofa, a bar with marble countertops, pellet ice, and a beer/wine fridge, as well as a 55" HDMI smart television with a Sonos sound bar.
Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, two bathrooms laundry room, and casual den. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, 40” HDMI smart TV, and ensuite bath with marble finishings and a thermostatic bath/shower. The second bedroom has a double bed with the option of adding a twin, a 40” HDMI smart TV. The ensuite bath has marble finishings as well as a thermostatic bath/shower.
The upstairs den at the rear of the house has three windows overlooking the landscaped backyard, a 55” HDMI smart TV, two sofas, and recessed lighting rounding out this third seating area.

Bedrooms have fresh, white linens and luxury bath sheets.
All bathrooms are ensuite, with a half bath located in the downstairs hallway; two walk-in showers downstairs and two bathtubs upstairs. The master bathroom has two shower heads, one rain, and one wall mount. All showers and bathtubs have thermal regulators, maintaining constant water temperature. Hot water is sourced by a tankless heater.
