Second fully equipped kitchen #2 in annex with washing machine and dryer, 5-side football, basketball or netball enclosed tarmac courtyard (bring your own ball but we provide playing nets).
Outside seating (10 chairs, regular size pub benches for 6 people and 4 cushions), space for BBQ, smoking, washing bikes (water hose provided), etc
Firepit with 6 long log seating and stocked woodstore
Brand new combi instant hot water boiler in main building and combi boiler in annex
4 x bathrooms all with showers including one with electric shower (10.5 kw) wet room with disabled access
Secure internal storage with electric shutters for back packs, room for 16 x bicycles, etc
Fenced throughout with 24/7 recorded CCTV
Mix of private bedrooms and shared facilities
Mix of double beds, single beds, electric multi-posture beds
Bedding, towels, etc provided
Drying room with spinner for wet clothes
Very quiet as it's the last building in remote cul-de-sac
Access is provided to the private secure NFT art gallery (8x8m)
1 minute walk to train station and shop, surrounded by mountains
IF ANY HANGING ARTWORK IN THE GALLERY IS DAMAGED THEN WE WILL REQUEST PAYMENT AS THEY CANNOT BE REPLACED (THERE IS CCTV IN THE GALLERY)
Guest access
All parts of the building, external gated courtyard and 5-side football/basketball pitch are private facilities excusively for guests. There is exclusive car parking for 10 cars at front, and further on street parking
Some windows and all external doors are capable of being shuttered (electric or manual steel shutters). Although we would not recommend closing every shutter when anyone is inside the building to ensure easy emergency accesss, nevertheless it means the facility is extremely secure.
