Centro Oberhausen (Westfield), Messe Essen and the University of Duisburg-Essen can be reached within a 15-minute drive by car. Near the Centro (Westfield) there is a Sealife, the aqua park and a top golf course.
A snack bar (Hermis Grill), a pizzeria (Pizzeria Bella Italia), two restaurants and beer gardens (Liebling im Mühlenbach and Restaurant Talschänke)) are within walking distance. There is a Café del Sol nearby. Shops such as an Edeka, a Netto and a bakery are in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment is located on the upper floor and the second bedroom in the attic of the house and has been freshly renovated and refurbished. The apartment can be occupied by a maximum of 5 people. The apartment key is provided via a key box.
The cozy bedroom is upstairs and has a bed (180x200 cm) and a sofa bed (130x190cm). The windows have blackout curtains and the wardrobe has plenty of storage space. A travel cot and a high chair for a toddler can also be booked.
The living room invites you to relax with a comfortable couch and two armchairs with a flat screen (satellite TV and internet access). In addition, the living room offers a work area and a fireplace for cozy evenings.
Starting from the living room is the high-quality kitchen of Nobilia. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
The dining area with 6 seats offers a view of the countryside and adjoins the kitchen. There is a toy corner for children.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, hair dryer, towels, shower gel and shampoo. A washing machine with integrated dryer is available.
In the attic there is a bed (180x200) with an open wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
The windows are equipped with external awnings and blackout curtains.
