Overall, a nice place and should be great in the future but we had challenges getting a hold of the property manager. There was trash left over from previous guests that was supposed to be picked up night of arrival and had to call twice the next day because it never was. We also had zero trash bags or paper towels. The communication of access to the country club was vague and the property manager never answered our questions of how do we get access and had to actuallly go to the country club to get instructions. There was also a light that electrical taped together and a fan upstairs that didn’t work and the maintenance guy could not fix it. We made the most of it and overall a nice place with potential. I write because I see a lot of these things as easily fixable for the future. Although frustrated

This was a beautiful home with the most comfortable sleeping accommodations for all family members!! Very well-maintained with all amenities needed for a fabulous stay. I would highly recommend this beautiful home, and hopefully we will return in the near future.

This home was just what we needed for a relaxing getaway in Flagstaff. A few of my best friends and I drove up from Phoenix and stayed at this home for a girls weekend and it did not disappoint! The vacation home itself is absolutely beautiful and is in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The home was spotless and perfectly decorated upon arrival. The decor in the home is modern and chic. It is well put together with quality furniture and bedding, unlike many other vacation homes I’ve stayed at in the past. I was extremely impressed with the quality and variety of kitchen accessories and gadgets. There were so many amenities such as complimentary toiletries, satellite TV, internet connection, a fireplace, and board games, all of which made us feel right at home! Being young women on a trip away by ourselves, it was very important for us to feel safe and secure. This home provided the security we needed - it is protected with external security cameras and the neighborhood is extremely safe as well. Our host was so friendly, pleasant and very responsive. She even made some great recommendations for brunch/dinner locations and activities, which we really appreciated not being familiar with the area! I cannot thank her enough for all she did for us during our stay. We are already planning our next getaway to Flagstaff and will be staying at this home again. Thank you again for such an amazing stay - we will be back!
