Inside the unit, a beautifully updated bathroom invites you to rejuvenate, while the fully stocked kitchen is perfect for crafting meals or enjoying appetizers before heading to the Brigantine, a local favorite restaurant with crispy fish tacos, oysters, and cold beer. The ocean-view living room's expansive sliding glass doors transform your space into a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living. Extra patio chairs allow you to soak in the sunset. Explore the gorgeous walking trails along the bluff with panoramic views of the surf and sand. Community amenities include a sparkling pool and spa. Short drive to all of San Diego’s world-famous attractions including the Del Mar Racetrack.

THINGS TO LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
- Condo is in the beautiful gated community Del Mar Shores Terrace which has recently updated all the gate safety features throughout the complex keeping the community secure and peaceful.
- Walking distance to the beach with dedicated community beach access
- Lots of natural light and windows
- Dedicated parking space in gated garage
- Community Pool & Hot Tubs overlooking the bluffs
- Community Washer & Dryer close to the unit

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
- This house does not have air conditioning, only coastal breezes and fans
- Sleeps 4 max (including children) (King size bed + pull out sofa)
- No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties OR anywhere in the complex
- No pets
-For work from home we always recommend having a hot spot as we can't control service interruptions & outages
-Some steps must be taken throughout complex to get to front door and parking. The complex does not have elevators or luggage carts.
-This property is in a condo complex with neighbors all around. We don't monitor construction or noise from neighbors and this should be taken into consideration when booking.
- 1 assigned parking space in gated garage

***The garage in which your parking spot is located will be closed September 3 - 11 from 8am to 5pm for plumbing main line fittings replacement.

Located just a short walk to everything including dining, shopping and entertainment, you'll have no problem finding your niche in Solana Beach!

The property is quiet and in a very secure neighborhood. Whole Foods is just down the hill as are several really good restaurants. It overlooks the water - you can safely leave your door open and listen to the waves all night. Internet is very good and strong WiFi. I've stayed in a lot of vacation rental locations - this was definitely one of my favorites!

Loved this condo for my mother in law’s recent visit. She enjoyed how peaceful it was. Right on the ocean and the pool/hot tub is steps away. The stairs to access the beach are an easy 5 minute walk. Everything was clean and updated. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!

My daughter and I had a great time! This condo is has incredible views of the ocean! The condo made me feel right at home. Brenda the property manager was amazing to work with! Highly recommend this place, definately be back!! Thank you!

The place was very clean, furniture was so comfortable & we slept so good. Hearing the beach & watching the ocean as well as the sunrise & sunsets were amazing. We felt safe and people on the beach were so nice, Life guard Gus was so nice,too. It was perfect. We had one hiccup but they addressed it right away. We truly loved our stay & will be back again. Special Memories for my daughter & I.

We really enjoyed our stay. This is a cute, very clean and comfortable condo. Very good communication with host. Great location, great views. We definitely want to come stay again.

Week prior to check-in we were informed the pool would be under repair during our stay but arrangements were made to use the pool next door so we continued with our trip as planned. Upon arrival we were unpleasantly surprised with a sign under the thermostat explaining that they didn’t have air conditioning because it wasn’t needed in their special ‘microclimate’. Instructions were to leave our doors open all night and shades drawn all day, so basically we had to close off the beautiful view we traveled across country to enjoy and sleep in an unlocked and fully exposed first floor condo in an neighborhood we were completely unfamiliar with. This was very unsettling and completely dampened our entire vacation experience. The listing should include this detail to travelers, AC is an expectation when renting a beachfront property, and the lack of one should be included in the listing as ‘AC-none’. We were very hot eating lunch in our room and so very uncomfortable sleeping without any sense of security all night. Will definitely opt for a resort vacation from now on.
