Carlton House is a brilliant property with a kitchen, utility room, dining room, sitting room, snug, and a games room. Appliances include an electric range cooker with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, two dishwashers, Smart TV, and a multi-fuel stove. There are eight bedrooms consisting of a super-king with en-suite shower, three doubles, two of which share an en-suite bathroom, and one of which has a sofa bed for one, two twins, one with en-suite cloakroom, a bunk room, and family room with sofa bed for one, serviced by a bathroom and shower room. Outside, there is a courtyard with hot tub and picnic benches, along with off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop and pub. Please note, this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Enjoy a memorable stay in Skegness at Carlton House.
