The Barn is a stunning home with a kitchen/diner, two utilities, a dining room, a sitting room, and a snug. Appliances include a range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, two Smart TVs, table tennis and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes, with en-suite bath and shower rooms respectively, and two twins, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture and barbecue, along with ample off-road parking. Within 4 miles, you will find Wroxham Train Station, within 2.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.4 miles, a pub and please note, this property welcomes one well-behaved dog, but is non-smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Bring your loved ones for a memorable getaway at The Barn. Note: Outdoor swimming pool is shared with other properties and can be booked on an hourly basis.

Town: Hoveton & Wroxham are twin villages lying either side of the tranquil River Bure in Norfolk, commonly referred to as the “Capital of the Broads” and is the main centre for boating on the Broads. The villages are home to a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants as well as numerous boating emporia. Hoveton & Wroxham is home to a railway station with trains regularly running to Norwich or the coast, or you can spend a day on the Bure Valley Railway, a narrow gauge steam and diesel service running between the market town of Aylsham and Wroxham. The local area offers a wide choice of places to visit from craft barns and beautiful gardens to National Trust properties and Redwings Horse Sanctuary. Just four miles away is Sprowston Manor Hotel and Country Club with a golf club and spa. A short drive from Hoveton & Wroxham will bring you to the popular city of Norwich which boasts some of the finest buildings in Britain, with two cathedrals, a Norman castle and several large houses.
