As you enter the upper level, the grand living area welcomes you, featuring a modern kitchen with stunning stone bench tops. This space is perfect for hosting gatherings and entertaining. A beautiful Marri dining table offers ample seating for everyone to come together. The master suite, complete with a King Bed and ensuite, provides a secluded retreat. A separate powder room adds convenience.
Open the bifold doors onto the expansive balcony, and be greeted by breathtaking ocean views, overlooking the picturesque Biscayne Park. This is the perfect spot to relax with your favourite beverage and immerse yourself in the tranquil atmosphere.
Downstairs, a grand entrance leads you to another living area, three additional bedrooms, a main bathroom, and a sheltered patio area for outdoor entertainment. The double garage ensures the safety of your vehicle, while the outdoor shower allows you to rinse off sandy feet after a day at the beach.

This property strictly sleeps 9. Bed configuration suitable for 8 adults and 1 child as top bunk bed in bedroom 2 only suitable for a child so please keep this in mind when making your booking. No tents, caravans or camper trailers allowed at property.
