Good choice and wanted to try the newness since it just opened a few months ago.

The fact that it is new made the stay nicer because everything worked in the rooms. Some of the staff was a bit rude (Bar tender at the promenade bar upstairs) and slow service at the small places to eat (also on the promenade). We rented a cabana, and the service there was outstanding.

Service in certain areas of the hotel wasn't up to par.

Amazing please but be careful were you leave your personal stuff

i liked the hotel site in the las vegas strips, the hotel is new and you can feel the good atmosphere without to be in the crowd of las vegas strips, i really liked the restaurant there i liked the room a lot

unfortunately on the last day just one hour before to do the check out we were gambling at one machine and someone passed and stole our phone that was on the chair very next to us, is a shame becuase the vacation would be perfect without this event. and the reaction of the staff was very calm, like they were not so much concern about was happening to us. only the manager from the security supported us, and Teresa from the security service, the rest of the peopel which we asked support they were kind of not caring about our "drama" the put me also in doubt that they are aware about this people who enter in the hotel steal and go.. our phone after 10 min was at 7 mils away (we so in find my iphone) honestly is th only bad part of this amazing trip.

Voľba číslo 1 v Las Vegas!

Úžasný nový hotel, ktorý je podľa môjho názoru najlepší v Las Vegas. Všetky zvyšné hotely dýchajú históriou, ale tento je krásny a moderný. Odporúčam si priplatiť za izbu s krásnym výhľadom, keďže potom dostanete izbu na vyššom poschodí. Konkrétne my sme boli na 62. poschodí a bol to naozaj zážitok. Hotel bol veľmi tichý, nič sme v izbe nepočuli a pritom bol veľmi obsadený. Kúpeľňa je krásna s úžasnou vaňou. Vedel by som tu stráviť aj viac dní. Lobby bolo obrovské a skôr pripomínalo terminál letiska. Všetko bolo čisté a pripravené na náš pobyt. Parkovanie za poplatok ale s pocitom bezpečia.

Absolútne nič.

Hotel Lussuoso e Nuovo

Hotel nuovo, aperto da soli 8 mesi, alcuni negozi ancora in apertura ma tutto sommato è stupendo! Casino gigante, Piscine stupende, staff eccellente, pulito. All’interno ristoranti sia di alto livello che cibo più semplice. Parcheggio molto comodo incluso nel prezzo!

La piscina chiude alle 18, troppo presto con il caldo che c’è a las vegas te la godresti fino alle 21 almeno. Dista ad almeno 50 minuti a piedi dalla strip centrale (zona Bellagio) meglio muoversi in macchina.

You can check in anytime you like but you can never leave.

New hotel, bad pool experience, staff does not make you feel welcome

Still very new and but some shopping spaces still need some filling.

* staff mixing up trying to be cool with being really arrogant. Are they not allowed to smile? My family never felt welcome(d) (except by the Concierge). Check-out was a really bad experience, not even a thank you for having stayed with us. * distance from parking to guest rooms * pool experience overall: closing at 7pm, no way to get a simple ice cream after 4.30pm (timing was not even mentioned on the menu) $23 for a simple small cocktail consisting of almost nothing but ice * At check-in not mentioning the $50 food/drink credit per day, so we lost the first day

Incident on the reception killed all my four days staying in the hotel.

Room was perfect

One of the manager on the reception was not professional at all. The worst experience in my life. very arrogant and rude communication left me in shock.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have seen. Would highly recommend it and will be my first choice going forward.

Hotel is the most beautiful hotel in Las Vegas. Wonderful styling and design. Pool areas are nicest in Las Vegas. Just a spectacular property.

No poker room. I had to leave the hotel to play poker at other casinos. I ate at these other casinos and spent most of my money there. If you had a well run poker room I would have spent little time at other casinos. You really have a nice property and I have been recommending it. But put a poker room in the hotel because I would really prefer to spend my time at the Fontainebleau.

Room was spacious. Decor was on point.

Gorgeous. While it’s not in “the center” it’s worth the extra Uber ride. It’s an absolutely stunning property. Every detail has been looked after in a way where you know people are paying attention.

I didn’t love the $180 spa pass fee for hotel guests. That’s sort of extreme in my opinion.

A Vegas Gem that has it all!

From the moment we pulled up to the Fontainebleau, I was extremely impressed with the architecture, design, attention to detail and attentive staff. We were greeted by Casper at the front desk who upgraded our room from the 8th floor to the 61st floor with a view of the strip! The room was modern, clean, bright, functional. The bed is comfortable, water pressure is strong and plenty of room for 2 people to share the space (Bleau king). The casino, restaurants, lounges and SPA are some of the nicest in all of Vegas or in my travels in many cases. Pedro at the spa was an excellent massage therapist and the amenities are top notch. I cannot wait to return to FB- Thank you to the staff at Lapis, Mother Wolf, Bleau bar, LIV, LIV beach, Oasis pool, fitness center, La Cote, Cafe Cuto, Nona, Miami Slice, and the front desk for a truly memorable experience. Look no further for a classy, comfortable and carefree vacation!

Wonderful.

Gran ubicación, muy buen gusto restaurantes, hotel, lobby… los bares padrísimos, restaurantes como KYU y Papi Steak buenísimos!!! Los casinos normales lo cual está bien porque no va gente solo a jugar.

I loved my stay.

Great location, lots of places to eat in and around the hotel. Clean and peace rooms. New hotel, close to Las Vegas convention center. Free bag storage for up to 3 days at hotel.

Very spacious room & bathroom! Very clean and neat.

The stocked bar fridge with sensors makes it impossible to store your own water in the fridge. Ice machine on the floor is helpful but feel a space can be left open for a water bottle at least in the fridge.

Waanzinnig hotel op een perfecte locatie. Luxe!

Wat is dit hotel een verrassing: prachtige kamers, goede service, alles is zo mooi en luxe dat je je dagen in alleen het hotel al zou kunnen vermaken. Ook qua restaurants: voor ieder budget is er iets te vinden!

We zeiden tegen elkaar: eigenlijk zijn er geen minpunten. Het enige wat we kunnen noemen is dat we wat last hadden van het geluid van de koelkast. Hier hebben 3x over gebeld en drie keer zou er iemand komen. Helaas hebben ze onze kamer niet kunnen vinden ;)

Too big !!! Reception and guests elevator are way tooo far away from each other…!!! A hassle!!! Impossible with the carpet dragging suitcases to get to my room Terrible supervisor at reception Terrible supervisor at the casino’s black jack… he actually screamed at me coz i changed money and wanted to go play on another table !!! I thought he was rude.
