The baja shelf has 4 pool chaise lounge chairs inviting you to soak up the sun's rays, while the bubbling jacuzzi is large enough for a group of 10. As evening falls, the pool area transforms into a magical setting, illuminated by the stars above, the soft glow of the constantly changing underwater lights and the 10 ft long fire pit that has enough seating for any large family gathering.

Undoubtedly, THE HIGHLIGHT of the pool area is the luxurious outdoor sunken kitchen area! What is the one feature no other vacation rental has that you have to fly to a resort hotel in Mexico to experience? An outdoor sunken kitchen connected with a swim up bar to a luxurious large pool. The outdoor sunken kitchen area seamlessly blends with the pool environment, offering the opportunity to go from jacuzzi to baja shelf to swim up bar to outdoor kitchen without even having to leave the backyard. The interior of Hacienda San Miguel is equally enchanting. Each of the 6 thoughtfully designed bedrooms is adorned with a smart TV and plush Lucid mattresses and plenty of closet room, ensuring entertainment and relaxation in your private space. The living room is the perfect place to unwind, with comfortable seating and a 75 in smart tv. Connected to the living room in an open concept space is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up that large family meal: including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, every small appliance you can think of and plenty of silverware all designed in a Mexican style. The upstairs master bedroom offers a designated workspace and an en-suite bathroom complete with a large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The master bathroom is designed with a gorgeous light green tile from floor to ceiling that was sourced from the town of Rosarito, Mexico. The secondary master bedroom is located downstairs and also features an en-suite bathroom. There is a second bedroom downstairs connected to the kitchen with two Queen sized bed. Upstairs are three other bedrooms: one featuring 2 twin over twin bunk beds and two other bedrooms with King sized beds. Everything inside and outside the house from the artwork, plants, paint, furniture, gorgeous tile murals, tile inside the bathrooms and pool area is designed to transport you to one of the most beautiful cities in Mexico, San Miguel De Allende.

Safely Damage Waiver: As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely.com to provide you with $1500 worth of coverage for accidental contents damage or property damage. This means you can vacation with the peace of mind that you wont be unknowingly charged after your check out for minor accidental damages that may happen during your stay. All we ask is that you inform us of any damage so that we can file the claim with Safely.

Payment Terms: A valid credit card is required to be kept on file upon reservation. 50% of there payment is due upon booking and the remaining 50% is due 60 days before check in. If your check in is less than 60 days away, the entire reservation amount is due upfront. We cannot change the payment terms and we cannot hold dates without payment.

Security Deposit: There is a $750 security deposit placed on the credit card on file as a pre-authorized hold. This is not a charge, but only a hold on the credit card. Pre-authorized hold is released 3 days after checkout provided there are no costs for which renter is responsible for such as: code compliances fines; missing or damaged linens, towels, and small appliances; and costs not covered by our Safely insurance waiver. Renter hereby grants consent for Manager to charge Renter’s Card for any of the above damages or costs.

Outdoor Noise Limits: All units are equipped with Minut volume tracking devices. These devices track decibel levels, but do not record sounds. Amplified noise or music is not allowed outside at anytime of day. Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday-Saturday, during which all noise is prohibited even if it is coming from inside the home. Any other outdoor noise must be kept to a reasonable level during Quiet Hours. These are city regulations and we must abide by them to keep our short term rental license. Upon the first notification from the Helios team of a noise violation, we will reach out to the Guest to take corrective action. If the Guest is unresponsive or if no corrective action is taken, Guest may be liable to a $1000 charge. Furthermore, if code enforcement goes to the property and issues a citation, Guest will be responsible for paying the entire citation amount. Guest authorizes manager to charge credit card on file for any fines issued by code enforcement or any charges for breaking noise policy.


Cancellations: Cancellation policy is more flexible for bookings made through our website than for bookings made through VRBO. On VRBO, for any cancellations made 60 days or more from check in, you will receive a 50% refund minus the payment processing fees charged by Stripe. For any cancellations made within 60 days from check in, you will receive no refund. If the reservation is cancelled with 48 hours from booking, you will receive a full refund minus the payment processing fees charged by Stripe as long as check in is more than 30 days away. There is a strict no cancellation policy for all major holidays, major tennis or golf tournaments, and music festivals. Festivals include but are not limited to Power Trip, Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals. Special events and music festivals that are cancelled, postposed, or altered in any way, for any reason, do not qualify for any refund, alteration of the reservation or cancellation, including Acts of God, pandemics, epidemics or health outbreaks such as COVID-19. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IN THE CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE OR CANCELLATION FOR ANY FESTIVAL BOOKING.

Pre-Check In Link: You will receive a pre-check in link shortly after booking. Through this check in link you will have to enter some basic information regarding your reservation, will have to sign our Terms and Conditions, and will be able to purchase any additional services as part of your booking. You will not have access to the House Manual until the pre-check in link is completed.

The Coachella Music Festival dates, April 10–14 and April 17–21, and the Stagecoach Music Festival dates, April 24–28, require booking Thursday through Sunday nights during those periods.
