Nice comfy and great view of the mountains

New modern facilities. Friendly English speaking staff. Smart hotel - even the laundry availability is connected to the room TV so you know exactly how long before your laundry is completed !

Car park spaces might not be sufficient if you come back later than 830 pShould allocate fixed carpark by guest at check in.

New, clean and modern hotel in a great part of Furano with a wonderful breakfast and easy parking.

The location of this hotel was great, close to restaurants in a quiet area. This hotel is very new so everything was clean and modern and smelled new and fresh. The breakfast was great with a lot of options, even Hokkaido ice cream if you want it. Although the hotel parking lot was small and was often full, there is another gravel lot just adjacent to the hotel that was always available so we had no problems parking.

The room we had was a little small but not claustrophobic because of the decor being new and fresh. The window shades surprisingly did let in a lot of morning light, which can be a problem since the sun comes up at around 4:30am in the summer.

Overall enjoyed the stay at this hotel, will return if opportunity permits

Loved the fact that we can use TV in room to watch Netflix (by logging into our own account). Bed is firm and very comfortable. Our cabin size luggages can be stowed under the beds.

Property is situated at the top of hill, one need to drive to this property.

Clean, brand new!

Great onsen, clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff. 24h laundry machine was superb. In-hotel return for Rhythm rentals. PYJAMAS were comfortable

recent new building, very clean, excellent staff, great location, parking, on-sin, ski lockers, ski racks, could use more boot dryers in ski locker room. Deluxe king room was good size for a couple with two suitcases. Bed was very good & firm to our liking.

Perfect place for hitting the slopes

Wonderful brand-new hotel almost directly across from the Kitanomine base station, with clean, functional rooms, a nice bar, excellent breakfast buffet, and friendly and competent staff. Well-appointed gym and a luxurious spa with a sauna (actually two separate spas, one for women and one for men). I would definitely come here again!

The hotel restaurant apparently only offers a set menu of Western food, which is a missed opportunity. Most tourists come to Japan to eat Japanese food, and there aren't that many options around the Kitanomine area. Even 'downtown' Furano only has a handful of restaurants with inconvenient opening hours, and they all require a long walk or taking one of the occasional buses. Nonetheless we decided not to eat at the restaurant and go elsewhere.

Good value, newly renovated property one street from the Kitanomine base.

Location was excellent. Gym and Onsen were very nice. Ski locker room was great with boot dryers and outside and inside access. Staff were outstanding.

Room was a bit small. Hotel needs to educate guests on the proper use of the onsen. There are signs posted but no one seems to read them. Observed guests wearing shoes inside when there are lockers for foot wear at the entrance. Guests changing at the entrance and using shoe lockers for clothes. Most importantly guests were going directly into the onsen without showering first.

Fantastic Stay!

The Onsen is absolutely amazing and it was the best way to unwind after a day snowboarding. There’s a nice bar downstairs, a shop and a bakery. The ski resort is less than 100m from Nozo up the hill, a 20 minute walk to town and there are several restaurants located within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was great for around $35 AUD, plenty of choices available. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, considering they haven’t been open for long their services are hard to fault. Overall it’s a fantastic hotel in a prime location for those looking to board and ski.

The rooms are quite small but to be expected.

酒店房间比预想的更小些，略微拥挤；温泉需要自带房间毛巾，入住期间酒店前台服务员没有事先提醒。酒店到新千岁机场是有BUS票可以购买的，提前和前台沟通，前台仅提供了预订网站地址，需要自行登录网站预订，而中国游客手机无法登陆提供的移动网站，所以耽误了bus票子的预订期限，结果浪费了很多路上时间和精力。

Perfect. This hotel is off to a good start.

Being a new hotel which opened a month ago, the facilities were perfect. The rooms were clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The spa (onsen) although small, had very nice ambience.

The location was a little far away from the ski lifts but still manageable. Not the hotel fault.

A smart friendly boutique hotel with good facilities.

A new well designed hotel. Very friendly staff. The lobby bar and fire setting. Also the onsen was an unexpected bonus.

More boot driers. The food was good but the menu was limited.

Awesome awesome awesome 🤩

Such a pleasure to stay in a brand new hotel at the top of Furano Village. The Hotel is immaculate and has had a lot of thought put into its room fit out and general facilities. It’s look and vibe are modern chill yet incorporating local art and influence in its decor. Management must be great also as all the staff are outstanding, thank you to you all especially Hana & Aisha at front desk ( hope I spelt that right ) Regards Ricky & Rae

Great hotel, great location but still recommend hiring a car.

Great location just 3 minutes to ski lift. Great room design (deluxe quadruple room). Fantastic onsen with all the ammenities. Price for our stay was reasonable. Brand new hotel so everything looked clean, neat and tidy.

The buffet dinner in the restaurant was extremely expensive at aud$85 per person. I never saw anyone actually in there. An a la carte menu with reasonable prices would have been great. Not the hotel but their are very limited dining options within walking distance of the hotel. We often went to the local Lawson convenience store to stock up on things for breakfast and dinner.

We will be back!

Great location and super friendly staff. Buffet breakfast and dinner was a treat with plenty of choices for the family. The Spa was perfect for end of day skiing aches with indoor outdoor areas and sauna to relax and unwind. I highly recommend this boutique hotel in Furano.

The superior room was a little small for the two of us for 7 nights. We did however upgrade to a deluxe room which was fabulous.

We had an amazing time and a comfortable stay at the hotel.

Staff was the best part of the hotel. Very friendly, English speaking and really tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Super clean and modern facilities.

New hotel with great facilities & very warm, helpful staff!!

This is a new hotel and coincidentally, we checked in on their opening night! The facilities are great (water stations in every floor, ski lockers, laundry machines, excellent onsen with both indoor & outdoor baths & a sauna, gym) and room cozy. Best of all are the very friendly & helpful staff who went out of their way to assist in recommending restaurants, helping to book etc. It’s very near the ski gondola and so is great base for skiing. Most of the restaurants though are in town (10 mins drive away) and the selection within walking distance is very limited, so you’ll need to either drive or take taxi to the restaurants.

The breakfast buffet selection is adequate but limited. However I also appreciate the fact that I stayed just when they officially opened and understandably, the number of guests are limited and it would have been a waste of food to cater a more extensive menu. I wish there can be more variety from day to day, eg: offer half boiled eggs instead of hard boiled, or tamago etc.
