This home is the perfect place to escape the cold winter. Newly remodeled and less than 2 miles from the beach. Relax in the private pool (which can be heated for $25 per day), go for a walk around this beautiful gated community with private lake, or read a book on the secluded back lanai with an outdoor kitchen and bar. This home is perfect for those looking for a large 3 bedroom retreat! The home features 3 bedrooms and along with a Murphy Bed, and 2.5 bathrooms. Master Suite has king sized bed and private bath with waterfall shower. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed for your comfort. There is also a bunk room with 2 Double beds and 2 twin beds. Great for a visit from the grandkids!
Vanderbilt Lakes is conveniently located between Coconut Point and the Mercato Shopping District. SW Florida International airport is 30 minutes away. You can easily get to Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor-Wiggins State Park and Barefoot Beach from this home. If you enjoy the beach, hop on your bike and take a short ride down to the water. There is a two car garage but owner keeps one vehicle there in storage during rental season. Enjoy our beautiful sunsets while relaxing outdoors! Drive down to the beach and don't forget to stop at Royal Scoop on your way home for an ice cream cone. If you are looking for a quiet, friendly neighborhood with a quality home your family would enjoy, this vacation rental is for you!
