Boasting a private saltwater pool, a fully equipped chef's kitchen, and accommodations for up to 20 guests, this property redefines luxury beach living.

Comfortable Accommodation:
The spacious layout of this home includes five massive bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation. The master suite features a King bed, while the other four bedrooms each contain two Queen beds, ensuring ample sleeping arrangements for large families or groups. The open floor plan of the main living area incorporates two living rooms, allowing everyone to gather or find their own space as desired. Five full bathrooms provide privacy for all guests, with additional half bathrooms conveniently located in the common areas.

Guest Access:
**Important to know**
* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
*This is a non-smoking property.
*No pets allowed.
* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am. Early check-in/check-out unavailable. No exceptions.
*Outdoor pool is open year round.
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*No motorcycles or trailers. Golf carts are allowed at this property per the HOA.
*Washer/dryer provided in house.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*Parking for up to six vehicles.
*Pool heat can be purchased prior to arrival for $125 per day, $600 per week. 3 day notice minimum before arrival.

Policies:
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we recommend bringing your own hot spot.

Getting Around:
Top rated location and free parking on site.  Taxis and Uber are also fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

Other Things to Note:
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must properly dispose of any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6.No motorcycles or trailers allowed. Golf carts are ok!
7. MOVING FURNITURE IS NOT ALLOWED.
8. No bringing grills grills or fryers to the property (includes turkey fryers - these are a fire hazard and always spill grease on the concrete - very costly and time consuming to clean) Violation of rules can result in eviction without refund and additional fines of up to $600.

We are here to assist for any maintenance items that may arise. Guests must follow check-out procedures (emailed to you before arrival) to avoid additional charges.
