It was a good stay not many complaints except the pool was a tiny bit cold and the breakfast could be better

Updated and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly at check in. Continental breakfast was available but we did not eat.

Upon entering the room, We had to kill fly's and Bugs on the ceiling. No extra toilet paper. Long black hairs in the bath tub... I was told upgrades were available for a small fee !! The next morning, Scrambled eggs were empty, White bread was empty, No Butter. And the Orange juice was empty...

I used the laundry facilities and the hotel had detergent and fabric softener for purchase. Very convenient.
They had a variety of complimentary breakfast options and we had breakfast at the hotel every morning.

These hotel rooms are immaculately clean and the beds are very comfortable. The man working at night was extremely kind and helpful.
My complaint is that this hotel is LOUD. You can hear everything. All night I could hear the person above me stomping, dogs barking, and doors slamming.
In the morning the breakfast was very sparse, lots of things were gone. The lady at the front desk was also in charge of the breakfast and said she would get to it when she had time. There just wasnt enough food out for the people wanting breakfast.

Our room was excellent, and so spacious. Bathroom, vanity area and closet, sitting room with couch desk and fridge, and a bedroom. If this is their basic King, it's impressive. Very clean, well decorated, and well maintained. What little interaction I had with staff was perfectly pleasant. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast (other than the waffles, which are difficult to screw up), as the coffee barely qualified as dirty water and the eggs were very salty.

Will never stay at this hotel again. Hallways were noisy at all of hours of the day. Fireworks being lit off in the parking lot. A dog barking in the hallway. Doors being slammed at midnight. Jetted tub in room was broke. Refrigerator was very noisy all day and night. Worse hotel experience I have ever had!!

I rarely write reviews but this one is needed. This hotel is being remodeled from a Super 8. It is currently undergoing renovations. Our windows had an opaque plastic film over them because they were painting the siding. At night a couple employees were working to finish rooms by what looked like installing beds and other things. My second night there I could not sleep. There was a lot of walking, stomping and banging on the floor above me. This carried on through the night. I ASSUME it was the overnight workers working on rooms. At 3:30am I tried to call the front desk to ask about the noises. No one would pick up. I finally fell asleep somehow after this time. I would not recommend staying here until the place is complete for these reasons. I understand work needs to get done, but it should be done with consideration of guests and where they are staying in the building. Otherwise it's nicely coming along, nice breakfast. Loved the hot tub, pool and beds. The pool is shallow, but nice for younger kids. I would stay here again if it were done being renovated.

The outside of the hotel was concerning from the first sight of it. There were trailers, a dumpster, and pieces of the building missing. There was also several bikes, and a broken sink laying on the grass by the building. Also one of the side exits didn’t even lock- not even later at night.
The beds were very uncomfortable, seemed very small for queen beds. There weren’t any available outlets for charging phones except right by the bed or one by the sink even though we have a renovated room.
The breakfast was less than desirable. The gas came out of a bag and had no taste, the waffle batter didn’t come out of the dispenser unless they came and shook the bottle, which only helped for one or two servings. We actually went to a nearby restaurant the next day instead.

I had to scrub the tub myself and was told that it was black because the building was 30 years old. The hot tub jets really didn't work and it seemed to have mold around it. It just doesn't have that same cozy feeling that it used to.

Was a good place to stay! I was upset that hotels.com listed a room that was unavailable all together!! Was unhappy with that!!!! But the Super 8 was great staying there!!

The front desk clerk who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. The bathroom floor had several hairs on the corners by the tub. It appeared the bedroom area was clean. The TV was fairly small as compared to other hotels we have stayed in. The pool and hot tub area was very outdated. There were sheets of plastic over all of the windows in the pool area. I assume that was done to keep the heat from escaping. It appeared, there was at one time, a steam room. It had been closed up along with a bathroom that was also in the pool area. The location was fine for our needs since it is within the city. The Continental breakfast was average at best. I don't believe this was a hotel stay worth $143.64

Hotel was easy to book. Check in was smooth and pleasant. Room was clean an everything worked. Check out was easy. Breakfast was as good as you could expect for that format. Will stay again.

Pool and hot tub area definitely need updating. Rim around hot tub looked like it was developing mold. Pool and hot tub were very old, paint peeling and whole pool room was in bad need of repair and updating.

When I first arrived the front desk woman was on a personal call and then proceeded to answer the phone and help the person on the phone instead of the customer in front of her. The hotel is outdated and dirty and our room smelled of urine, not sure if it was human or pet urine, as they do except pets in the hotel. We did not complain as we were only staying for the one night and leaving at 5 o’clock in the morning. But definitely was not worth the price that we paid.
